When calling today to place an order to be picked up I let the young men know it was going to be a pretty big order and I wanted him to read everything back to me when everything was all said and done. After making my order he didn't read everything backed mean specific he just counted how many sandwiches and how many fries, even though everyone's order was different. He didn't take the time to go through everyone's specific order with me like I had asked him to do before we got off the phone because it was in office order. After completing my order I asked if he can give me a timeframe he said that they were busy from 11 to 2 because of the lunch rush which I understood and he said to give it about an hour so I did. We went to go pick up our food and it wasn't even put together and there were some sandwiches missing and fries so we had to wait extra time for that and even to top it off they didn't put any ranch in the bag. My suggestion to you if you have a call in order for a big company...

me and my boyfriend always order food from here in advance, and they never have it done when we get in there. today we ordered food online, came in, waited fifteen minutes, and when we asked when our order would be ready, they hadnt even started making it. its literally ridiculous. it was dead silent in there, we were the only customers, and someone else came in for an online order and she got hers within minutes. what are you guys doing back there? just standing around? you’re a food business, a customer service business. they didnt even seem like they were apologetic or cared at all. i get it, youre working a min wage food service job, but i know for a fact that all of those workers expect their food to be made good and in a timely fashion as well and they cant give that to us? we order here all the time and we always have to wait forever. my boyfriend only has 30 minutes for lunch. he had to eat his food in five minutes before he had to go back in. we are not...

This place is great I love the monthly flavor thing they got going BUT no one returns phone calls from the catering line. They have flyers advertising that you can get the flavor of the month anytime you’d like if you’re ordering through catering and need it for an event when I attempt to do this, I didn’t get any answers back didn’t get any assistance. I’ll have them multiple voicemails reached out to corporate. They told me reached out to that phone number again it was just a complete mess. Absolutely horrendous customer service, I came into this location for the young man at the register to explain to me that that line has been dead for a couple years now and that they don’t actually do catering through that line anymore. Never mind that it’s still advertised and findable. It seems like the people in charge are very lazy and don’t care to actually get back...
