Drive Thru. Just went here and ordered a couple sandwiches, fries and an Eegees. Food is great but my gosh the service from the employee named Bella was so awful that we will never come here again. Iāve never been so disrespected at any food establishment in my entire life. We asked to get a certain amount of ranches, Buffalo, chipotle, and house sauces. She instantly was very firm on the limit. Which is fine but we clarified when the man at the window that we paid offered 2 more we didnāt think much of it. So we asked her as she handed us our food and she gave us a look and asked for the bag back. She took it and counted everything in it. Then proceeded to again firmly and slightly rude at this point reiterate the policy. I politely mentioned the man at the window and she denied it. So ok whatever thatās fine. She handed us the food and then told us the policy again and said she would have to charge us for more in the future. So again ok had this been mentioned at get go then Iād just pay for 2 extra dressings. Itās no big deal. So we were flustered at this point and drove off. We realized we did not have our Eegees that we ordered. So we went back to get it moments later. My boyfriend goes in to get it. When he came out he told me that she for one insisted that she handed him the drink and two when he asked her to make one cause we certainly didnāt get one (check the camera footage please) she walks off and in ears distance starts saying that she absolutely made the the drink and she handed it to us already. She was saying all this with a very rude attitude. That again my boyfriend could hear while waiting for our Eegees. Now he comes back out and I let him know we didnāt get forks for our messy ranch fries. So heās goes in again. He asked the other girl who was nice for a fork. Then she politely says just a minute because she was busy. My boyfriend was prepared to just patiently wait. Then this girl Bella makes a point to just walk around the nice girl and asked what he needed with a rude tone again. He asked for forks. She hands him one, he asked for one more so we had two. She handed him the second fork. She then with hand gestures and now a very condescending tone asks again do you need anything else?? My boyfriend politely says no thank you. She then with a very snotty tone said āI just want to make sure you donāt have to make anymore trips in hereā At that point my boyfriend asks if sheās the manager and she says no. He asks for her name and with yet again a rude tone told him her...

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding the unacceptable customer service I received at your eegeeās location on 29th and Alvernon on the evening of June 2nd, 2025, at approximately 8:05 PM.
From the moment I began placing my order at the drive-thru, the male employee taking my order was impatient, dismissive, and unprofessional. He repeatedly rushed me, spoke over me, and even gave me a total before I had finished ordering. When I politely informed him that I wasnāt done, he condescendingly replied that he was ājust telling me the total,ā and continued interrupting me while making assumptions about what I was ordering. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable or confident that my food would be handled appropriately, so I chose to cancel the order entirely.
When I drove up to the window to express that I would not be accepting the order due to the employeeās behavior, he immediately walked away to speak with another staff member. A young female employee then appeared at the window, and I calmly asked for the male employeeās name. She ignored my question, asked how she could help, and when I repeated my request, she laughed and refused to provide his name.
This entire encounter was unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly unacceptable for any business that values its customers. I am deeply disappointed by how this situation was handled, and I will not be returning to this location. Additionally, I intend to share my experience publicly to inform others in the community.
I expect a formal apology from both employees involved, appropriate corrective action, and the names of the individuals so this complaint can be properly documented. Training in basic customer service, respect, and professionalism is clearly needed at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLiterally just left and had the worst experience of my life. The "manager" was extremely rude and short from the moment I arrived to the drive thru. I placed my order and got to the window where I was told my total was 976. I asked if the grinder was part of the 799 meal deal and the little girl said yes and repeated my total. I gave her my phone for google pay and the whole time she was charging me she didn't take her eyes off me. She then gave me my phone back and laughed and slammed the window. When she came back with my food I asked if there was an issue, she responded no I have other people to help so can you move forward. I asked for a manager and she said she was one. I then told her I'd give her a piece of advice to please leave her attitude at the door because whatever she was going through was not anyone else's fault. She said same goes for you and rolled her eyes. I let her know I was in a great mood until I interacted with her. She then asked me to leave, I said I am leaving I just need your name. She told me she didn't have to give me her name. I asked for the corporate number and she refused to give me that to me as well. I am not sure why this little girl was so angry but I don't think she should be managing a customer service establishment. She was a Caucasian female and had dark black eyeliner. If this is the type of management Eegees has I will never go there again. The attitude was completely uncalled for and I'm really disappointed in the lack of...
