DO NOT TRUST EEGEE'S 12th/VALENCIA!! ESPECIALLY TO THE KIDS, PEOPLE W WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEMS OR THE ELDERLY!!!!!!! They drop your cups on guck covered floors & spored(mold) water(their claim is that it's an old store, so smells of feces & live mold are acceptable), shift mngrs & crew members wipe sweat, touch trash in cans, touch their phones then make your food! Employees step on the lids of your 10gal eegees drums w their dirty SHOES to open them up(GROSS)! They have extremely BAD customer service (employees have behavioral issues-rolling their eyes, sighing heavy & cursing in front of or directly to customers, lids to Fun Packs & Party Packs are dropped on the floor (mind you, styrofoam lids & eegee cups are to be discarded/THROWN AWAY if it hits the floor. Styrofoam is for ONE TIME USE ONLY). The store is left dirty when they close & throughout the day w eegee's stuck to the walls, baseboards & appliances, crew members walk out as they please & return to work the next day as if NOTHING happened, This store alone has a HIGH drop out rate, employees get fired for stealing money FREQUENTLY, most employee's are 21 or below so gossip, drama & talks of fights happen frequently. With 10 employees & NO rush, the store should be immaculately clean or being cleaned!! Customers reported for THREE DAYS that there was NO TISSUE OR SOAP in the MENS RESTROOM. TWO DAYS & HOW MANY SHIFTS LATER?!! NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES OR NIGHT CLEANING CREW REPLACED THEM.. ย ย ย Read moreIf I could leave zero stars I would. We flew in from out of state, picked up our rental car and this was our first meal of the day after flying all morning. Heard from coworkers that this place was โgoodโ and there was one down the street from where we got the car so we stopped. We wanted to wash our hands since we had been in the airport, bathrooms are locked so we had to wait which whatever fine. Get in there and theyโre out of soap. We asked the lady to refill it and she said โok yeahโ then proceeded to do other stuff. We stood there waiting for quite a bit and she never came to refill it. This dude comes in for his shift looked like so we then asked him, again he said โokโ and never did it. He also proceeded to make orders and never washed his hands after coming in. We finally gave up on the handwashing and thankfully had a couple wet wipes. We saw the First Lady go in and out of the store to take orders and never took her gloves off to change them. Our friend had to use the restroom eventually so he went and asked for the THIRD time to get the soap refilled. The dude finally goes to get the soap from the back and then comes out and sets it on the counter to take another customers order! So frustrating. ย ย ย Read moreI am from out of town (Idaho) and was told by a friend at home and some people down here that I must try a frozen drink while I was in town. I pulled into the drive-thru and told this to the employee taking my order, and asked him if he had any suggestions for flavors. He was really excited to give his input, all while cracking jokes and being an overall joy to talk to. I also ordered a cheese pretzel to snack on. At the window, I paid for my order and received my items almost immediately. I was also given two free cookies as a welcome to town and was invited to come back and have a sandwich and some ranch fries, which I will absolutely do if I get the chance while I am here. When I got back to my hotel, the pretzel and drink were really delicious. The name on my receipt was Brian, but I'm not 100% sure that was who I was speaking to over the intercom.
