My boyfriend went through the drive through and made the mistake of placing an order. The menu prices don’t match the charges and when he asked about it, was told that there was someone behind him and they didn’t want to keep them waiting. The overpriced attempt at a burrito was a complete joke. The shrimp burrito was so spicy I couldn’t even eat it. Idk if it’s because I’m from California but the shrimp burritos I’ve always enjoyed were not made up of extremely spicy rice some overcooked shrunken up shrimp a pinch of lettuce and watered down sour creme. As you can see in the photo, it was obvious our business was not appreciated. I’ve never posted a negative review, I’m not the person to tear anyone down who’s working and trying to make an honest living. My boyfriend is the nicest person and so polite, there was no reason for this type of experience. Are the bean burritos made of gold? No, but the cheese, rice, sour crème, and 4 French fries we added must be. Those were also slopped together and turned out to be more expensive than the shrimp burrito!!!! It has no meat? I wanted to love this place, but sadly I will not be eating here. It’s not even about the money, if the food was good I would gladly pay the price. But the disrespectful staff and the hardly edible burritos were down right pathetic. Almost $70 for nothing. Didn’t even get a drink. I would hope someone would try to make this right but I’m not getting...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst customer service I've ever had! Do not go to this place, Viva Burrito is 50 yards away and better priced. Tonight I went there and I was over charged for my food, which was made completely wrong after telling the kid with the broken arm 100x what I wanted-So I called no answer, so after work I went back, and the girl with the gap in her teeth was so rude, screaming at me too bad that she wasn't going to make my order correct, wasn't going to compensate me whatsoever ever and said she was calling the police- I asked her to and she wouldn't because the cook is undocumented- she threw my food at me from across the counter and at that point I had had enough- while there I watched her clean up a spill from the floor with a dirty rag, then she sat the rag onto the counter and without washing her hands, started handling a drive thru order- this place should be closed down.and on top of this, they are bribing customers with a positive Google review for free rolled tacos- horrible...
Read moreI never post reviews but I’m disappointed as an industry worker this is one of the only places to get food anymore on the East Side after 12.
Your prices have gotten ridiculous.
I asked for extra cheese on two tacos and was charged more than the price of an ENTIRE chicken taco. The “extra cheese” was the same amount of cheese I’ve always received when ordering this so I paid almost $5 for nothing.
The street tacos could be justified in price if they weren’t pathetic. 5 silver dollar pancake sized tortillas with minuscule meat and a few chopped onions and cilantro is not a $14.55 meal.
We asked the server for extra salsas which we had no problem paying for she says “they’re in the bag” there was one red and one green salsa for two peoples meals.
You’re charging higher than the beautiful, trendy sit-down restaurants and the convenience isn’t worth it anymore. Based on the reviews I’m reading I’m clearly not the only family who won’t be returning here due to the...
