So, I did at one point have a 5 star review, but since my last visit was so terrible, I changed it to 1 star. First, I had an order of about 5 items total. The person on the other side of the speaker was rude and acted like he spoke zero English. Zero English (notice I said acted like) then, when I got to the window the price was wayyyy off what it should have been, where I discovered that he got nothing I said correct. Not one thing was right. In the middle of attempting to explain myself (I was reading a list, so my order didn't change throughout) he just slammed the register shut and walked away. Without a word. So I sat there not quite knowing what to do, when another person came to the window and took my order. For some reason, I was able to be understood that day, I guess, because she also had a hard time and I had to correct her numerous times when I asked her to clarify and read back to me what she heard. When the order finally came, you guessed it, it was all wrong. I was so frustrated by the end that I was literally in tears. I felt mocked and belittled and just awful. I had a step dad from Puerto Rico when I was younger so I know for a fact I'm saying carne asada perfectly 🤦 omg it was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere and I promise I am NEVER going back there again. Just writing this right now is getting emotional and this happened 3 or so months ago. Don't go. There's a Viva Burrito practically across the street, it's a bit pricier, maybe, but I guarantee you won't be made to feel less because you're not a native Spanish...
Read morePoor customer service. Went through the drive thru and ordered our food, had to repeat it several times. She thought we said shrimp burrtio and corrected her to the right burrtio. She repeated our order back to us with the correct items. When we got to the window to pay we questioned the total because it seemed high. She said the burrtios were 12 something but the menu listed them at 10 something. She told us we were wrong about the pricing on the menu and that she would go look at the drive thru menu. When showed her it was 10 something online she said we had to order online to get that price. We got home and realized they gave a shrimp burrito. When I called I asked to speak to a manager but one wasn't available until the next day. So I told her what was wrong and she argued with me that we ordered a shrimp and she even repeated to us and we said it was right. Why would I say that was right when I didn't want a shrimp burrtio. Read moreI like the food...but customer service is what I've had problems with. First time I didn't get my debit card back second time I was no informed. So there is a huge banner that reads Breakfast burritos $4.99 and in small print it reads after 7:00 am. Okay That was my fault for not reading the fine print. Third time it was 7:43 and I buy a sausage egg burrito...but when I get to work I get my credit card receipt, not an itemized receipt, and it was for more than I expected so I called. It turns out that all the breakfast burritos are $4.00 after 7:00 am except the sausage burrito...WTH! Why didn't the attendant point that out? And no it did not read that. So it turns out that the breakfast sausage burrito is $8.49!!!! Really? For pork sausage? I was not rude but clearly they handle their business very poorly..."if the customer doesn't ask, don't tell" so they are not in the business of keeping a client....just stiffing one....
