Aloha Vibes and Excellent Service at Hawaiian Bros!
Review:
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hawaiian Bros and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm aloha vibes and a friendly atmosphere that immediately transported me to the beautiful islands of Hawaii.
First and foremost, I want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Emily Palmer, the wonderful hostess at Hawaiian Bros. Emily's welcoming smile and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a memorable dining experience. She went above and beyond to accommodate my party and ensure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. Emily's professionalism and attention to detail truly added to the overall positive ambiance of the restaurant.
Moving on to the food, Hawaiian Bros certainly did not disappoint. The menu offers a mouthwatering selection of authentic Hawaiian dishes, each bursting with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. I had the pleasure of trying their traditional plate lunch, which consisted of tender, perfectly grilled chicken, accompanied by a generous portion of sticky rice and delicious macaroni salad. The portions were generous, and the flavors were absolutely divine. It's evident that the chefs at Hawaiian Bros have mastered the art of Hawaiian cuisine.
What impressed me the most about Hawaiian Bros was their commitment to authenticity. The restaurant's decor, music, and overall ambiance all contributed to an immersive Hawaiian experience. It felt like I was enjoying a meal on a beachside lanai, surrounded by the beauty of the islands. The attention to detail in creating this atmosphere truly made the dining experience at Hawaiian Bros stand out.
Lastly, I must mention the exceptional value for the quality of food and service. Hawaiian Bros offers generous portions at affordable prices, making it a great choice for anyone craving a taste of Hawaii without breaking the bank.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Hawaiian Bros to anyone seeking a delightful Hawaiian culinary adventure. From the warm welcome by Emily Palmer to the mouthwatering dishes that transport you to the islands, this restaurant truly delivers an unforgettable experience. Whether you're a fan of traditional Hawaiian cuisine or looking to try something new, Hawaiian Bros is the place to be. Mahalo for a wonderful...
Read moreThe first time I tried this place, I ended up throwing the whole box out. The food tasted weird, and the macaroni salad, which I usually love all kinds of, was bland. Like mayo mixed with noodles. I vowed to never eat here again. Fast forward to today. I am working a 12-hr shift and am forced to order DoorDash if I want to eat anything at all. I saw a 50% off coupon for a Hawaiian place on the DD app and didn't realize it was THIS place until after my order had already processed. It just got delivered. I remember reading on the menu that the entree would come with macaroni salad and two different kinds of sauces on the side. You can see from the photo that there are two main components missing: macaroni salad, and a second flavor of sauce. I'm stuck here until 7 pm so hopefully this food isn't as gross as I remember it tasting last year. Wish me luck. And yes, I'm super annoyed. If your to-go entrees are always supposed to include macaroni salad, why/how wouldn't anyone noticed this past is missing and decide to serve it anyway? I worked in fast food for a decade. It's not THAT hard. Good grief.
UPDATE: The entree on the left would have been edible, except the meat chunks are slimy. I'm very much a texture person. I ended up spitting them out. The entree on the right has hardly any flavor at all, except icky sweetness. Like meat rolled in white sugar, sort of. Ugh. I settled for eating teriyaki sauce and rice. I LOVE all teriyaki sauces...well, I did until right now. Theirs tastes like literal bad breath and ginger. Weirdly, ginger is not one of the ingredients listed. I thought maybe the sauce has spoiled, but there's no date on the little cup, so this may be a possibility. I made the mistake of dumping the whole cup on my rice, so that's ruined too. I'm tempted to literally rinse off the rice and then eat it. I should have never given this place a second chance. If you want delicious Hawaiian food, just go to Mama's Hawaiian BBQ. This place is absolutely a waste of...
Read moreNot a big fan, just not my thing. The food wasn't bad it just wasn't my thing. Warmly greeted by Ari the cashier upon entry. Ari was extremely helpful, understanding and non judgemental over our difficulties navigating the menu as first time guests. Ari proved to be a customer service Rockstar (PROMOTE). Her efforts to enhance our visit were noteworthy. Sadly my desired entree was out of stock. While disappointing, Ari saved the karma of the moment and handed me a free meal coupon for an upcoming visit to offset the inconvenience, this level of genuine customer service is rarely seen anymore and impressed me greatly. The dining room was warm and inviting. The place was immaculately clean, an obvious sense of pride on full display by the caring staff. The dining room was tastefully appointed. Our table was unbalanced and beyond wobbly. Our entire party found the tabletside chairs inviting but uncomfortable for extended use. Food arrived tabletside at light speed. Food was hot, fresh and delicious but excessively sweet. The different meals all tasted the same with only the excessively sweet sauce changing in intensity. The dole dream sounded good, but keeping to the evenings theme was again excessively sweet, just not my thing. Overall l found the food good but excessively overboard on the sweet, l really aggressively try to avoid excessive sugar intake and our meal wasn't exactly helpful in my quest not to become an overnight diabetic. The quality of the chicken used in the meals was truly impressive as l never found it fatty or unpalatable.
This establishment proudly offers a 🇺🇲🇺🇸 military discount, which is always appreciated. 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Would l return? You never know, but probably not.
