It was my first time having Jersey Mike’s Subs and I had someone in the vehicle who couldn’t walk in unfortunately but we wanted to try them and were hungry. Upon walking in I asked if they had paper menus explaining someone is in the vehicle and unable to come in as well as this is our first time having their subs. IUnfortunately they don’t offer paper menus and directed me to their website. So that’s what we did for his choosing. I then went back inside because I had questions regarding what I wanted to choose from. There are pictures of a few subs on the menu board and I asked if what sandwich was a specific photo. I was told kinda harsh tone I have no idea. I looked at him a little strange but continued with do you think since you work here and know the items that go on each sub what it might be? Again in a kinda harsh tone nope it might be this or that. I just at that point decided what I wanted placed our orders. Then got our chips and cookie sitting them by register then got our drinks. The same guy who also made our subs says here’s your food I sat it over her on the shelf which was for door dash Uber eats etc. I stated to him okay buttttt I haven’t paid yet he replied again kinda harsh oh well I see you have your drink in your hand so I thought you had. The sandwiches were very good but I think my experience should have been better however we will give them another try. My rating is based on customer service and experience not the food as again we did...
Read moreHistorically I have loved this location, so it beaks my heart to experience such poor behavior. The counter girl was eating at the sandwich station at 5pm (6/25/2024), then went for a smoke. The guy making my cheese steak, clearly didn't care. He made a pita out of the sub, with all the topping piled in the middle of the bread, somehow burning the bread, then gave me attitude when I asked him if he could spread out the topping on the bread roll. It didn't happen. The girl heard me and sarcastically told him "he wants the toppings to be spread out" (laugh, laugh). As if the people on the other side of the counter could not hear, or didn't understand sarcasm. The photos show my philly pita. What I didn't take photos of, were the dirty floors, the old toppings, and the inconvenience I posed to both of them just ordering a sandwich, while dropping $20+ dollars at this business. YOU LOST ME BUSINESS! No refund or apology required, so that you might hear me! Set a standard, train for the standard and reward for the standard! It's not brain surgery, it's a sandwich. I would imagine it's hard to hear this from a franchise owner. Just do the job. Make it good for the people paying for the advertised quality product & service. SEE PHOTOS. (No Photos Available....
Read moreI have been coming to this location for years now. I'm in there at least 3x a week..I even know the manager very well. But this previous time I was in there for quite a while. The worker did everything in his power to screwed up my sandwich for the second time. We the customer are paying top dollar for good food and service. The sandwich should be made with pride and courtesy to ensure you get what you are paying for. The most important thing is Not to cross contaminate the meats on customers sandwich. Some. customers can be allergic to certain things that are on other meats. Workers can't just put anything on the bread and then take it off when it's not requested on the sandwich. Then expect you to eat it and purchase it. This can cause customers to get sick. I understand that people make mistakes but to do it more than once is very difficult to accept. On top of it all, I had to leave without my lunch. I also have a lunch time period and run on a very tight schedule. So today no lunch. This was totally unacceptable. So make sure you watch what it being done during the making process of...
