McDonald's — Restaurant in Tucson

So... All Day Breakfast , yet an hour before close its not available?? Maybe they should rename it ; Most of the day breakfast , or , The close to all day breakfast , I'm sure they can come up with something catchy. Where did it all start... I was driving into Tucson from El Paso , And I saw a billboard advertisement for the 2 for $4 Sausage Egg Mcmuffin. I'll admit , I was enticed , kudos to you McDonald's. But , that's not how we got to the disappointing part. I checked into my hotel and immediately looked for the nearest McDonald's. I was excited , I'd been driving for hours , and I was looking to indulge in a little late night deliciousness. I got in my car and drove to the nearest location , the anticipation was almost too much... I saw those the golden arches from a distance , I knew those glorious SMcM's were so close. I walked through the door with confidence , I knew what I wanted , then , I ordered... FROM THE ALL DAY BREAKFAST MENU!!! Only to be told , that my journey , my excitement , my anticipation , however misplaced it all may have been. Was all... for not , the kind cashier said ,"I don't think we do the eggs after 10:00", pm that is. After a quick check in the kitchen , all my bubbles were indeed burst , leaving me with a lachrymose demeanor... I did not stay distraught long though , for the were 11 familiar letters within view. Thanks Waffle House , for helping me to complete my journey. I guess the morale of the story is... Don't rely on "All Day", to always mean , All Day. Instead trust the true All Day Breakfast joints! November 25th at 549am, They got my order wrong so I called, I was on my way to work and I couldn't turn back. The manager told me to come back and asked for my name so she could write it down. I asked if I needed a receipt She assured me I was fine that I just need to give my name and I would get my same order at no cost. I came back 2 weeks later and the rep at the window said they didn't have my name and asked for my receipt, I go there for my coffee every weekend and could not understand the customer service, the rep then called the manager there to explain to me that she wouldn't fulfill my order because I had no receipt, after I expressed my dissatisfaction she scrambled to put together a sandwich and gave it to me in hopes that I would leave... It was not the meal that was promised, I was lied to by the previous Manager that I was all set, I was embarrassed at the drive thru as if I was trying to ask for a free meal, they didn't stop there she even said "next time you need your receipt or we won't help you" "I'll give it to you now, but letting you know".....it was so disrespectful for someone to assume I was lying. After being a loyal weekend customer I will not visit this location again, I will also tell all of my social media outlets to avoid this store. At the end of the day customer service could have resolved the issue by giving me what was promised, The crew needs to be re trained to be more understanding of and not jump to the conclusion that the customer is lying to get...

So, many factors are involved in this rating that I may be on the other side of it. 1st thing I did was use the app to place my order, knowing that I have to check in when I get there for the order to start. 2nd thing, the app is unaware that this particular restaurant will be closing early today & there is no way that I would've known unless I called. Arriving at 8:10, I decided to be lazy & pick up my order from the drive thru & clicked on the link & waited for the car ahead of me to put their order in (there wasn't one). I pull up to the 2nd window (now realizing that they never stopped) & I'm told that, not only do I not have an order with them, but they're closed & have no food whatsoever! I quickly show her my order which has their address & order number on it & it's still a no. I then ask about other restaurants in the area that may be open, since I don't technically live here and was told that Wendy's is nextdoor & can be conveniently accessed from the connecting parking lot! Now... I'll tell you this... if she had mentioned anything close to sounding like "Wendy's" in the beginning of our conversation. There would never have been this long, drawn out, never ending, what is this guys problem, when should I stop reading this? & You cannot forget, annoying review. I'm pretty sure you're saying about now: "W#@&?'$!". Yeah, me...
