My daughter went to your store around 10:30pm today, 06/27/2018. She says the place was very busy with the drive thru lane curved back almost to 12th Ave. When she got home, she proceeded to distribute the food. ONE, yes ONE, was the only one correct. The Kids meals were supposed to be one chicken nuggets, 6, got 4, the other one was supposed to be cheeseburger got nuggets, 4. Both with gogurts, got apples. Mine. Asked for the the garlic white cheddar, got only knows what I got. NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATE, AND BURNED CRUMBS OF BACON, YES, BACON!!! NO WHERE IN THE MENU DID I SEE THAT THE GARLIC HAD BACON, to drink: one mocha frappe, got CARAMEL!!! She order a Big MacI would've let it go, but the way the burger looked, took me to the top. Upon arriving at the store, I asked to speak to the manager. She was almost rude, but not friendly AT ALL. I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying about three time, since she was mumbling. After being able to communicate, she looked at me, moved the food forward and said: DO YOU WANT THIS? with this looked of: I know that that is why you are doing this. I was not rude, loud or nasty. The diner cleaning lady was there, at the end of the counter and can testify to this. She comes back and hands me the food and says "thank you" almost inaudible. And sorry about that as an after thought. Got to my car to realized that she DID NOT GIVE ME MY DRINK!!!!! Went back and say: My drink? She looks at the employee and laughed, while getting to the machine. The drink was still in the blender!!!! they had not even made it. Mind you, by now they were NOT BUSY AT ALL. I am a disabled person, oxygen dependent. and having to go back and forth carrying the oxygen tank is no fun. Having to do this is very hard and tiresome, because this happens almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO THERE. HARDLY EVER DO I GET EXACTLY WHAT I ASK FOR. You might be asking "why do you keep coming back?" because my disability does not allow me to drive far, and your location is about a mile from my house. It is not because of their CS that is form sure. Most of the people that work there are RUDE. Not even a sincere hi or smile. Everything is rehearse and you can tell they are forcing themselves to say: CAN I HELP YOU. You need to hire ADULTS, at least the supervisor, because the teenager you have as night supervisor, stinks, just like the rest of...
Read moreThis review is for the McDonald's in Tucson on Valencia road.
I went there about 10/11:00 p.m. They did not have anything with ice cream or lattes. Which was honestly the only reason I went there. When I found out that nothing I wanted to order was there, and I would typically leave. But it was so busy, that there were already five/six cars behind me, and the same number in the other lane. It might be due to covid, that there's a lack of staff inside the McDonald's. But there were about five cars ahead of me, for me to be unable to pull out of the building's drive thru, and that alone took almost 20 minutes.
I feel bad for them if they were understaffed because the bags I saw going out to customers were big. So people were ordering full meals which isn't a bad thing. It's just hard for the two lane ordering convenience to be there if the orders are not able to go out as quickly as they are coming in.
Staff gets a 5/5 for trying and being apologetic when nothing that was desirable was available.
The three star is for the system seeming lacking inefficiency even when adding a second line. If they only have about three people inside of the building taking and preparing orders. Then they should probably close one of the lanes. Because both lanes ordering their food ahead of time, is just going to give the customers cold food and that's something nobody wants, unless it's ice cream, and none was available. (I say that as a tease, nobody is perfect and shouldn't...
Read moreJust about every time I visit this place it has been a let down. No matter the time of day(although late evening/ night seems worse) I can't ever seem to get an order completed properly. The employees taking the order seem to rush you through whilst only hearing what they choose to hear, then get defensive when you attempt to correct them. I'm not sure what's going on in the back, where the food gets cooked and assembled, maybe it's lack of or lax'd supervision or perhaps understaffed...?? I have yet to get an order completed properly. I always get home from the drive thru either missing items as little as dipping sauces to as big as missing sandwiches. Coming home late from a long days work and a long wait in line at the drive thru, THE last thing you want to have to do is jump back into the car after getting home and finding out your order was incomplete or your kids cheeseburger wasn't plain as you requested. The only thing you should have to worry about is the stuff you yourself had forgot to request. But you get home or pull off in the parking lot check your order and compare it to the ticket and BAM!!! Missing or fumbled order! Can't even get the drink orders right!! Smh. You ask for large , see it on the screen, end up with small or medium being handed to you just to find the ticket showing the smaller size somehow! I know I can't be the only one this...
