It’s unfortunate that they allow poor services. I placed an order through door dash yesterday. I ordered the nacho supreme with no beans. By the time door dash arrived my food was already warm temperature. Then to open my food there was barely any meat on my nachos. All it was an overload of chips, salsa, pico, and sour crème. I called last night to see if a refund can done. Was told to call today and speak with the manager. She answered while talking to customers in the lobby instead on placing the call on hold. Then she proceeds to say she can’t offer a refund due to the order being placed on doordash. DoorDash shouldn’t be responsible when they’re just a third party service. The money goes directly to the place you order from. I won’t be spending my money...

Had food here with my dad and his brother and with my little nephew. My dad had 3 tacos fritos de pollo and he said that he beraly enjoyed it because the food didn't taste how it was supposed to taste, It just tasted different. My uncle had machaca con huevos and he didn't like it at all and just left the plate full. I had a burro de carne asada and 3/4 of the burro was filled with pico de gallo with hardly any meat. My nephew had one of the kids meal that comes with the chicken nuggets,fries, and a churro. He just picked out the bread from the chicken nugget but he liked the rest. This is my first time being to this nicos and I've been to the rest and didn't have this issue...
