Meadocher Toppings for my Pizza 🍕. Thin sliced everything! Gone is the day of a little extra would be plenty the mediocre food at they serve it Pizza Hut for the price is not worth and anymore I mean the mushrooms were so thin and dry they were just pointless to be on the pizza that pepperoni's or counted each piece had exactly the same amount and the peace was cut just like every other piece there was no variance in size it was no variance in number of mushrooms or pepperoni a had a my pizza it was all number than Wade gone is a day when people made pizza with heart and now they make it with her wallet and scales I long to the day for a pizza or man makes it for the customer and not for how much money you can put knees wallet at the end of the night dominos is the worst pizza place of all of them $50 for two pizzas if you order them over the phone and if you get them online cost you 25 what's up with that! Ordering take-out pizza is just not what it used to be back in the 80s I used to get a great value for the pizza get it made the way I like it not the way the manager liked it not the way the employee liked it but the way I liked it those days are over I guess what mainstream pizza joints like Pizza Hut and Domino's thanks for this nostalgic guys but your days are numbered if you keep cooking this way you'll be out of business almost as fast as Captain D's or...
Read moreCudos to manager Pete! I had quite an experience tonight, but as the manager he did what he could to make it right. I called the store to place an order, they asked me to hold.... And then forgot about me. I stayed on hold and drive down to the store. I politely asked to speak to the manager. When Pete came out I showed him my phone and asked if he recognized the phone number. He said yes, "that's or store number." I then put the phone on speaker, he heard the recorded message, then I asked him to look at the time. He gasped, "you have been on hold over 20 minutes?!" Yes. He apologised. I accepted and then placed my order. He offered to comp a drink for me while I waited. I accepted and ask him to please have a chat with his crew. He assured me he would. I then sat down and waited 15 minutes. When he had the order ready I looked at the check and saw that he was charging me for the water! I objected to that, he smiled and said, "that's on there so you can see the charge for what the order would have been, but I'm comping your ENTIRE order! (It was a large, over $50.00 order) Really? A free bottle of water, maybe an order of bread sticks, but my whole order!? So, Pete, THANK YOU! We all make mistakes, it takes a class act, and a real manger, to take personal responsibility. Oh.... And the pizza was really,...
Read moreDoor Dash is now your delivery driver. 100% a corporate problem nothing to do with the great people who work at the location. They are using Door Dash for delivery now (note nothing during the ordering process on-line will let you know). So of course my food was stolen and I drove to the store to get my food replaced. Not to mention the employees were not instructed to automatically replace stolen food but to blame door dash and make it my problem (again this is training and or exactly what they were instructed to do). I had specifically planned a time for delivery due to having guests but had to spend over an hour away from my party to get food that was not delivered. Even if your food comes on time, I saw how dirty the drivers were coming in to pick up and deliver the food, they have zero standards on who can handle your food. (Sorry if you are a clean door dash driver, but this is what your other drivers are like). Also those bags the "true delivery drivers" use, do keep your pizza hot and that is gone now as well. Door Dash = hand random person food and hope...
