I ordered the carne asada plate and there are times I have gotten the plate and they do not put that much Pico or avocado on there so I ordered extra Pico and guacamole. When I got the plate I wanted to make sure that there was an abundant supply of Pico and avocado. To my surprise they barely put a little bit amount so I waited and told the female who took my order that they did not put extra Pico and guacamole on my plate. She said yes they did and I said no they didn't they did not put extra Pico and guacamole on my plate I ordered extra I paid for extra. She again said they put enough on there and I said no they didn't she said yes they did so I paid extra for something I did not get because I constantly don't get enough Pico and avocado when I order my food. I paid @$18.00 for carne asada plate with extra $1.49 guac extra $1.49 pico

Got to say not a good customer service experience denying me what I requested and PAID for. Do I have to order TWO EXTRA more instead of one? Talk about gaslighting me believing that is more than what they normally put on. This woman needs to get out of the customer service business.

I called the place to speak with the manager and guess what she is the manager. She said there is a limit to what they put on the plate... I got tons of beans and rice but a little Pico and avocado. Because they sucks at putting enough I ORDERED MORE so I would have enough.

P.S. the carne asada meat is rough and takes a good...

This is wonderful traditional Mexican fare. I really enjoy their just plain cheese quesadilla. Neil and I often share a fajita plate which with the quesadilla is enoughto satisfy both of us. My only gripe is while i love the chicken tacos sometimes they are so stupid spicy I want to rip my tkmgur out. So if you like spicy that'll be a plus for you. Drjvd thru attendants are always very personable and efficient. One other gripe which actually applies all take out I want y'all to please consider not giving utensils as a default. I am pretty much always taking my food home and whem I'm not I'll ask for them. I've gotten really resentful at having to figure out how to dispose of plasticware that I never wanted in the first place. Our world is suffocatinf under so much plastic and so I would love it if the businesses I support would make a pledge to stop encouraging the use of so much...

The food is good but the service is very poor. Went through the drive thru and the young lady was very unpleasant and was not friendly at all. I get the impression she didn't want to be at work or hates her job. The soda was flat and when we asked for another one the lady grimaced and proceeded to give me another flat soda. I didn't dare complain for fear of getting another dirty look. Too bad. I enjoy ordering food here, but I don't think I'll be back. It's not worth the unpleasant experience. In my opinion, they can certainly improve their customer service. Additionally, if you pay with a card they charge you a fee but don't tell you. It's just added...
