Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tucson

This place doesn't get my business any longer due to delivery brought by a door dash service rather then paying employees to do it. Dasher was the worst experience yet and I go out of my way to inform others of trash service here. When dasher arrived all the stickers were either removed or packaging was opened. Food wasnt up to par even though my order was $80.It took more then 45 min to bring my order 1mile. Dasher took hot pizza and sat for over 25min in another parking lot trying to get other orders even though it was not far to just bring by and go back to other restaurant. When we called door dash about it they said it was OK for a refund due to tampered product. The issue lied in customer service on pizza huts end. We were told time and time again to reach out to pizza hut for a refund and they had to refund on there end due to sub out of delivery service. Keep in mind door dash was not mentioned when we placed order and the manager just kept saying to wait for corporate to call if they call. Now couple months later still no contact and that's why we as a family of nine won't give pizza hut business any further no matter what. If this is how business is handled then we don't need you. Keep in mind that our order had been tampered with and even though we spent $80.00 on the order they didn't even offer to remake the order. Imagine seeing your delivery drivers car sitting in another parking lot for 25min after taking order out of pizza hut and couldn't even speak English enough to articulate why he was just sitting there. I would have gone in the first place but mother in law was watching my children and while driving back from Phoenix placed the order soo dinner was taken care of. Haven't been here for awhile so decided to grab dinner on the way home. Went in to order for carry put, asked for a menu and proceeded to decide on food. Went up to the counter to place the order, got all done and the girl said that will be 75.00!!!! Wait what!?!?!?!?! 2 medium pizzas, 2 order of cheese bread sticks and an order of boneless wings is 75.00!?!??! Then I'm asked of the person who gave me the menu explained that the prices are not what's on the menu printed...I said no, nothing was said..however I'm not paying 75.00 for this...so I'll just take the wings for my daughter. I pay and was told it would take about 15 mins for them. Ok, I wait, then go thru the drive thru to pick them up 15 mins later and was told it would be a few more mins they will bring then out to me. I wait another 10 mins which by this time has now added up to a total of 30 mins from when I placed the order. Get the wings home and my daughter finds that they are not cooked all the way and hardly any bbq sauce on them.

The customer service sucked, the food isn't done and so moral of the story is... I will NOT ever go back here. I get better customer service at McDonald's and that's not...

Placed our order online for pickup at 5pm. We arrived only to be told to "pull around up front" and that they will bring it out to us in a "few minutes". Well, a "few minutes" ended up being 5:43p. Other vehicles behind us after us had to do the same thing, only they got their orders sooner. When I asked the staff bringing orders out what was taking so long, I got a terse "its in the oven" and then summarily dismissed by them walking away. When we finally did receive the order, they forgot the wings and I had to go into the restaurant to retrieve those (ended up that those were cold by then). Because the Pizza tasted pretty good, and because I can't give a zero, they get a one star rating from me. Food: late but okay. Staff: needs serious training and would have got nothing for a tip except I had already provided a generous tip when pre-ordering. Sorry Pizza Hut. Used to love you but this...
