Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Tucson

Ordered online for the first time & did the pick up at the window. I ordered a seasonal drink pumpkin creme brulee somethin' and my hubby got a golden eagle I think? Anyway, they were ok at the window when I asked for my drinks, not rude just not over friendly. My issue was I asked for extra caramel in my drink and didn't receive that, and I tasted zero pumpkin flavor. I had my hubby try it and he said it just tasted like a plain coffee with cream and a bit of caramel. I didn't go back because we had somewhere to be. But why?! I don't get it. The general manager is a male he was very very unprofessional. Didn’t treat someone I was there waiting for their drinks. They’ve been winning since 5 PM. They didn’t make the drinks right? I do not recommend this store cause what that manager to that customer and there was a lady who was in line said she didn’t get something and they give her extra that’s not very right and that’s another customer came so they didn’t get something and they give them extra. Been to this Dutch Bros plenty of times this is the worst service I ever had. They took care of the drive-thru before they even took care of the three people that were ahead of me I know there was some people there with a big order it seems like to drive through was going faster which is not right I'm a paying customer just like them I go to the window to make sure my orders right because I don't like to hold up the traffic that's in the Drive-Thru I may not go to this Dutch Bros again I'll try the one on Irvington and see what the service is like.
