Where do I begin on this awesome review? I will start with the Manager at this very fine Culver’s establishment, Janaya! She alone deserves a 5 star rating for the best customer service welcome I have ever encountered in my travels. Her smile set the fine dining tone. I was blown away….She took my order and delivered my order to my table and I was blown away for the second time. She recommended the Fish and Chips and I said without hesitation, I’ll order that. I asked her was it going to fill me up and she said, yes! When my order arrived at my table, my eyes 👀 did just that. The Fish was done to perfection. The fries had the perfect texture, seasoning and taste. The coleslaw was magnificent and the tartar sauce was to perfection along with the fish. I was stuffed, but wait, there’s more…. Dessert! I couldn’t resist even though my belly was full. I ordered a vanilla shake with caramel drizzle to take with me after I finished that very tasty meal. Janaya made me that too, and I was blown away for the third time. Everything was Excellent! If you are in Tucson Arizona you have to stop by Culver’s in Midvale. Read moreI went in and bought a fish and chips platter through the drive thru. I immediately pulled around and walked inside because the coleslaw, which is separated from the to go container, and the lid wasn't fastened properly so it spilled all over everything. They refused to even replace my side of coleslaw! Even though I had a receipt saying I'd just come through the drive thru. When I asked to speak with a manager, they said she was in the back office and couldn't speak to me. The clerk went and asked the manager and she came back and replied they couldn't. Its very sad because I just recently discovered Culver's, and was impressed with the food and service. But I will never return and have never been so disgusted with customer service

Read moreThis place seems to be going downhill. We have come here often. My wife is a coupon clipper, so we brought our coupons for each of our meals. The cashier said, "just so you know, there's only one coupon per order". I didnt think that was right, but, I said, half jokingly so "what if we pretend we don't know each other?" She said "I'll ring it up separately and you can use both coupons you have" I said never mind. IF, that is your policy that is exceedingly stupid. Why inconvenience the customer and the cashier? Prices are already very high - eating out is a treat. Why ruin it? When we got home I got my magnifying glass out :) and read the coupon it says "limit one coupon per PERSON per visit - not ONE ORDER! so I think you owe me a $1.
