Two of us showed up just before noon and the place was half full, mostly of 2&4 tops, and then a bunch of onesies waiting for their order. That should have been the first clue.
The line to the one order taker was six people long and moved slowly. Someone came out to hand out mini-menus so we didn't all have to try and crowd around the one display (over the one cashier) to read the menu and could make up our minds beforehand.
She ordered an Italian and I ordered the spicy steak with no "queso sauce". Add two fries and a Coke and that was $33. We then stood around for 25-30 minutes waiting. The guy and kid who had ordered in front of us didn't get their food before us. The owner was "expediting" delivery of the bags of food to the onesies waiting... but he needn't have... because the kitchen wasn't making them fast enough to keep him busy.
We took our to-go order home. My spicy steak was smothered with the disgusting "queso sauce" I'd explicitly ask not to have. Two bites later it went in the garbage... totally poor quality meat, and that yucky yucky "sauce." The rosemary bread was good.
She didn't enjoy her Italian very much and said "even Subway is better."
The fries are standard "every cheap restaurant orders frozen from the standard restaurant wholesalers. Not fresh. Not crispy. Off-taste.
In addition to the fountain drink I got, they have an assortment of bottled drinks, sitting on a room temperature shelf, no cooler, no ice, no nothing. It was only 105 degrees out so who needs a cold drink when...
The restaurant and restroom were clean.
I understand they have not been open very long, but the lack of more than one cashier, a kitchen that can't put out food, lukewarm drinks, only one menu display screen -- these are all things that should have been caught and fixed at the planning stage. The tremendous wait should have been fixed after the first day or two. The frozen cheapie-fries could be replaced with real fries, or just remove fries altogether and stick with chips. That seems to work for ALL the other sandwich stores (Subway, Jimmie John's, Firehouse, etc.) The owner is on-site and monitoring... so I'm not sure where the disconnect is. It's a shame really because there was such a nice writeup in the paper about him, his brother, the restaurant of his dreams.
This dream was a nightmare. I learned my $33 garbage lesson today. Chances of...

The interior design is modern and inviting, creating an atmosphere that's perfect for grabbing a quick bite or hanging out for a while.
Even though the line was to the door, the service was impressively quick, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly!!
As for the food, I’ll be going back! I highly recommend trying the Baja Chicken—it’s got the perfect balance of tangy barbecue sauce & creamy chipotle mayo, with just the right amount of kick. The other is the Black Angus Steak, which is packed and bursting with flavor with a little zip!
Overall, this Quiznos offers more than just a meal—it’s an experience. From the lively atmosphere to the deliciously prepared sandwiches, it's definitely worth a visit. Whether you're a Quiznos fan or new to the chain, this location has something special to offer....
Read moreCame in to have lunch with a friend who I hadn't seen in a long time. Got the Spicy Monterey - good sandwich - and a drink (two refills total). The employee who took our order was friendly, and we had our sandwiches brought to the table in good time. The food was good and tasted fresh.
We finished our meal and stayed to chat for a bit. The restaurant was not busy (we were some of the only customers in the dining area). It had been a little over an hour since we first arrived when the manager/owner came by and sarcastically commented, "Do you want to order dinner? Just kidding." It was clear he wasn't really kidding and the undertone was effectively that he wanted us to leave. I didn't feel welcome and was uncomfortable from the exchange.
Because of this, I'm disinclined to come back to this...
