Prepared and put my icecream on the counter while I wash my hands.. 2 feet away from her UNMASKED pals, who are obnoxiously chatting with her and keeping her attention when I walk in, ready to order. To be clear, they were unmasked despite not having any food to eat. Just irresponsibly unmasked, 2ft from the register. Why is there still seating there?
Trying to support a local business during the pandemic, but I wont anymore until they make some changes. Which they probably wont because I hear the owners are very hands off. The girl working Friday evening the 31st of July isn't sanitary or professional. And the supervisor didn't care. He was completely checked out. Literally put his head down and avoided getting involved. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that once I drew attention to her mistake.. and her unmasked friends, she offered to make another one. But did not apologize. And could have gotten someone sick. Plus, refrigerate it. Dont prepare it ahead of time and set it on the counter, let alone within arm's reach of someone. And an unmasked someone. Where's the logic?
I came in earlier this week, ordered and went to the restroom to wash my hands, asked them to hold my ice cream so I could wash up before eating it.. just the same. The guy who's been there for years with the dirty blond curly hair is amazing, enthusiastic, on top of it. He prepared my icecream while I washed up, then PUT MY ICE CREAM IN THE FREEZER while it waited for me. Like someone with logic, and a gentleman as always. But this girl was more interested in chatting up her UNMASKED buddies RIGHT NEXT TO THE REGISTER. 6 ft, guys. Remove those stools. It encourages your employees to be unprofessional. When he's working I'll go in. Otherwise, literally best ice cream I've had. Just not...
Read moreWe were on our road trip and in the 100 degree weather, we decided to get some ice cream. The screamery sounded interesting with unique flavors so we came here. Tony was working there and he was really helpful and was patient with us as we tried a lot of flavors since they were so unique!!! There was so many flavors, I wish I had the time to write all about it! Tony mentioned that the ice cream is made from the cows just down the street so that was a neat thing that I've never heard before!
sweet cream honeycomb- Sweet cream infused with honeycomb pieces fresh from the farm down the street. This is unlike anything I have tasted before! The crunchiness supplements the sweet ice cream
Ooey gooey butter cake- This was so simple yet no one barely does this. soft Butter cake pieces mixed in with creamy vanilla ice cream!
Banana butter finger- With natural banana flavor and butter finger mixed, who can complain?!
Pumpkin spice- not your basic pumpkin spice flavor as this comes with cinnamon sugar cookie pieces. That's what I call a kick to your taste buds!
Cowboy cookie- salted caramel base with oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies and walnut?! Sign me up for the cool express!
These were amazing and being helped by Tony made this experience so much better. The only thing that sucks is that I'm all the way in California while I dream...
Read moreWe ordered from here tonight as something different and always wanted to try this place. Well let me say what a disappointment it was. First off we were shocked at what decent prices only to be saddened by the unfortunate disappointment that that’s just the cost of the ice cream itself then you pick the size you want which was an even greater disappointment as the single looked like a kindergartner size for a small child and the double looked the size for a teen or young adult. Now I will say it’s rather good to keep treats so small however it’s rather ridiculous to charge such high prices for no flavor of sweets what so ever. My friend got the #1 choice of there’s which is the honeycomb and my husband and I got the Ooey Gooey butter-cake one. The honeycomb looked nice. However my husbands was the single and looked like it was just vanilla ice cream until you started digging into it. I added hot fudge thankfully so mine had flavor from that because the butter-cake pieces had no flavor really. Just unfortunate that we spent $25 on ice cream that looked like it was made for a child’s party when Dairy Queen would have been much more flavorful and...
