Raspados Tropical — Restaurant in Tucson

The taste is delicious. The service is great: nice person working, and good presentation. Clean area. One thing I believe it needs improvement on is that there was only one employee there, and it was a very busy time. The waiting time needs to be considered by management, or the management by the owner. Don't get me wrong, she was very fast, and got the customers out pretty quick considering that she was multitasking 100% of the time, but I noticed that some customers were leaving once they noticed the store was full and only one employee there. Why I pick on time? Because it supposed to be a fast place to visit (at most 15 minutes), even if you are dinning in you would like to get your order in less...

food was good .....lady was kinda rude...acted as if we were trying to take a 25 cent candy...when we showed her already that we wanted one and we hadn't paid yet because she was getting our food still and had yet to charge us...but yet still asked 2 times about that piece of candy..and commented that she does not own the place but is responsible for all of the candies .....we had no issue with the 25 cent charge ....wanted to grab a couple more but after she gave that kinda response and acted the way she did ...I wasn't buying anything else....would've rather walked out but we really wanted our cups...

This is a hidden tucson gem for sure me and my wife happen to come across this place randomly driving in the area. The menu is outrageous (in a good way) there is soooo much to choose from and prices are extremely reasonable we have been to many raspado places and they always overcharge everything but this place has some of the best prices out there! I got a sandia especial and a large raspado and it was only $14! The lady was very nice and made our order in a timely manner I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a chill...
