Went here today with some friends. We had to use a qr code that took us to a menu that was somewhat confusing to look at. Then we had to order through an app. When the food came out our drink orders were left out. We had to ask for them separately. We never got refills on water or our beverages. The food was subpar today. My one friend and I had the chicken sandwich. The place seemed understaffed as though only one girl was greeting guests and serving and grabbing orders from the back. We kept having to flag the server down multiple times to get help. Also there were about 20 ketchup bottles. They were all empty. We also had to grav our own napkins, condiments that were virtually empty and silverware. If we have to do all the work and order via an app why should we leave a tip. My food was good and so was the others in my party. Although the two employees up front were not friendly. One never smiled or made eye contact. They never came to the table to check on us to see if we needed anything else. Which we did want more drinks and water. We went to play games and we had a table full of plates and utensils pushed to the edges of the table. It would have been nice if they took the dishes so we had room to play the games and not reaching over empty dishes. Also unfortunately 3 out of 4 games we picked to play were missing multiple pieces or had broken pieces. We were never approached by the employees and barely helped us when we did see them. So besides putting the food on the table and we still had to ask for forks/knives to eat the food. The women's bathroom was dirty and facilities not working properly. A friend and I went there over the weekend and honestly it was really nice the atmosphere was nice it was clean and the staff was really friendly. We didn't play any of the board games we went there to just have breakfast have some coffee and then proceed with our daily plans. We got the basic breakfast plate the potatoes were really amazing everything was cooked really well I personally do wish that the scrambled eggs were more like scrambled but they still tasted good I got a caramel cappuccino and he got a espresso drink I loved my cappuccino I love the little design that was on top it was a super cute touch but my friend did wish that his coffee was a little bit more for the price he does think that it's a little bit more pricey but he's also comparing it to Starbucks but he said the coffee was good it was delicious he didn't like it he just wish he was able to get more overall it was a really nice first impression and good experience and we will definitely come...
