I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tea Leaf and Creamery, it was a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. I tried one of their signature drinks “Crème brûlée with boba”, and it was a delightful blend of creamy and sweet flavors. The boba was perfectly chewy, adding a fun texture that enhanced the drink. What truly stood out during my visit was the the staff, so incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting me with warm smiles and offering recommendations based on my preferences. Honestly, despite all the good reviews I had seen I had a poor experience here. I had originally ordered the cookie and cream ice cream/taiyaki (the one stated on their menu and they gave me two ice cream scoops of cookies and cream. I told them that I thought I had ordered the one that was on their menu but the girl said to keep it after I was trying to give it back. I didn’t even want it or end up eating it. I thought they were gonna give me a refund but another employee tried to make it right telling me he was gonna give me the right order for half off. On the menu, under the cookies and cream it says “custard, pocky stick, oreo cookie” I think the man was confused so I just accepted it but I was frustrated to have to explain it once more so I left shortly after disappointed.
