I went in today around 12:40 -1:00 pm today and ordered a cold brew. While I was waiting, I was watching the blonde haired lady (sorry couldn’t catch her name and the rest were brunette) make my drink. While she was pouring my cold brew, she got too distracted w/gossip with her friend hanging out by the counter and my drink was overflowing for a few second until she finally noticed and turned off the cold brew tab. She proceeded to dump ALL the cold brew into the sink. I also forgot my reusable cup today and she even threw the whole cup out and that bothered me too as I see it as such a waste of plastic which I’m already sadly contributing to on this trip(which I get, sticky cup but she did it so fast I would have just told her to rinse it with water) THEN, the people behind me got their Frappuccino before my cold brew?!? It gets better, she then serves her friend a drink...which I didn’t mention that this girl walked up to the counter way after me AND the people who were behind me in line. Read moreI walk up to the counter and the lady told me just a minute, so I proceeded to look at merchandise on the salesfloor. Five minutes later a group of people came up to the counter and ordered their drinks, after they order another 5 minutes went by and I asked her why I wasn't recognized as someone that was waiting. She told me because I stepped out of line. I stepped to the side because she told me to wait. It's frustrating, I respected her wish and she denied being wrong.. it's all about making it right, remember what you tell your customers and know I was waiting longer. If it was one person that'd be different but it was a family of 5. I will not be returning to...
Read moreThis is like a coffee drink factory we have been waiting in line without being acknowledged for over five minuets. And the lady in front of us has been here for nine. The people who were in front of her have been waiting for their drinks as long as she has been waiting. There are three people behind the counter all busy, overwhelmed no doubt, and acting like we are not here. At one point there are 7 drinks on the counter (mobil orders I guess) Predicting this will be a 30 min. stop for coffee. Hope I remember not to stop here when I’m in a hurry. Oh no, the matcha are iced, we wanted them hot. 25 min. Feel bad for the kids...
