I went to pick up a couple of pizzas and the guy ahead of me picked up my two when ordered one - whatever. When it was all sorted and they realized their mistake they told me it would be a few more minutes but they would remake my pizzas. I was upset and let them know they would have to better than just bringing it to my car. I tried not to be rude, but they could tell I was upset. The manager said she would refund my card which I misunderstood at first and retorted that I came for pizza and didn't want to leave without one. She then explained while still apologizing that she meant she would refund the cost back to the original card while still making the pizza. I had to have my wife call because she used her card and I was picking it up, so the manager returned to making the pizza while I let my wife know she had to call and explained why. Ordered a medium combination without onion and extra olives, missing ingredients including olives. Husband tried a slice and got food poisoning. Luckily, I was so upset with the order that I didn't touch it. I took it back--higher rating is for the person that accepted returned pizza and tried to assuage me, not the making of or the food itself or for a satisfactory resolution to complaint--the shift supervisor offered to remake it, but I declined. Read moreI am giving them a 5 star review due to the excellent customer service experienced when making order and also that the family enjoyed the pizza. In addition, I had originally written a low review on their site because of an overage I saw the next day on the purchase. A Pizza Hut employee called right away and responded to help understand and resolve the issue. He was able to confirm the correct amount on their behalf and even scanned me what was charged at their end. This cleared things up and pointed to an issue with my bankcard which I was able to have it remedied. Awesome response and customer service!
