I recently had an unexpectedly delightful experience at Taqueria Mi Pueblo, which turned a bit of misfortune into a five-star culinary adventure. After suffering a flat tire, it was nothing short of serendipity that led us to the parking lot of what can only be described as the best Mexican food this side of Trump's great wall.

The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly their EPIC birria. The meat was tender, richly flavored, and simply melted in the mouth. The self-serve sauces and sides allowed us to customize our tacos precisely to our liking, adding an interactive and deliciously fun twist to our meal.

While dealing with the flat tire could have dampened our spirits, the situation proved less stressful thanks to the warm atmosphere and genuine hospitality of Taqueria Mi Pueblo. As we handled the tire issue, we were comforted by savory birria tacos, which helped us maintain our cool under pressure. The staff demonstrated exceptional kindness, offering us water and support as we waited for assistance.

The super friendly service, delivered in charming Spanglish, and their empathetic response to our predicament reflected the heart and soul of this establishment. We came here because of the pictures and let me tell you they did not disappoint. First of all… it’s the cleanest food truck spot I’ve ever been to. The people working the spot were extremely nice and attentive and on point! Thank you so much for your wonderful, welcoming service.

We started with carne asada tacos (husband, daughter and I) and the 3 of us loved them! We ordered a second round on flour tortillas and they were even better.

We had a quesadilla, a bean taco and el Jefe taco 🌮 which was my favorite.

I also ordered the Birria soup 🍜 ramen! It’s very different and it was delicious.

The bar with salsas and condiments were extremely clean and well put together. The salsas were all delicious and 🔥 just how I enjoy them.

At the end they were so kind and gave us a birria taco so we could try since we tried everything except for that. Anyway, I thought that was so kind and generous of them to do. Now that’s what I think customers service should be like.

I have begun to introduce my co-workers to this magnificent food truck and the consensus is that it is absolutely delicious! You honestly can not go wrong with any item on the menu. The service is always with a smile and the food is always fresh. Take a seat and they will come and take your order there at your chosen table.
