Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Tucson

Walked in and there were only two employees. There was a line in the drive-thru and the female employee seemed very flustered and overwhelmed. Waited at least 5 minutes as the first customers in line before we were finally acknowledged by the male employee that they'd be with us soon. The woman wasn't friendly at all and seemed to be very snappy with people in the drive-thru saying, "what are you guys waiting for?" We were there as the first people in line for probably 10 minutes before she finally asked for our order. At that point we decided we weren't going to wait when the service was horrible and not friendly. We are understanding and willing to wait if the customer service is top-notch. Didn't see that here. If you want better service I'd recommend Fruit Shack on Broadway and Kolb. I'd recommend to management possibly having more employees to help with the busy periods. Take some tips from companies like Black Rock who have crazy lines but have super friendly employees who aren't overwhelmed easily and get their customers in and...

I really like the Moca Cappuccino smoothie I get it with a booster of B12 or Probiotic and Protein but the service there is slow and disorganized the atmosphere is unpleasant I know ppl feel better when they can work in a place that allows music to be played I would too but there has to be a line drawn no customer wants to walk into an environment that makes them feel uncomfortable where the workers seem like they are not wanting to work and/or are disgruntled and expect for everything should be just handed to them I felt that yesterday when I visited the grunge or disturbing music that was playing that should not be played unless you're in a hard core biker's bar or at a heavy metal concert the type of mood you set for yourself is the type of mood you transfer on to your customers and establishment! This is the worst service and product from a TSC I've ever had. Ordering at the box was fine, the girl who took my order was very sweet. When I got up to the window the lady who handed me my bag snatched it out of my hand and set it back in the window then walked away. I found that really strange and rude. There were empty banana boxes that lined the drive thru that looked like they were just tossed out from the window. It made the place appear very trashy. I am a regular at TSC (not this location) so I know what the smoothie looks and tastes like. I can tell some ingredients are missing in my Island Green.
