A true hidden gem hiding in plain sight. Always warmly greeted by the highly personable and enthusiastic staff upon entry. This establishment always appears clean and free of any deferred maintenance issues. While busy, the establishment was not packed offering me immediate seating. I felt fortunate to have Patrick as my server. Patrick is a fantastic rock solid server. Patrick checked on me often but never to the point of becoming intrusive. Patrick ensured my ice water never ran out by continuously keeping it full. I elected to have the "Southern Belle" for breakfast. The "Southern Belle" consisted of sliced fresh fluffy and light biscuits covered in fried cubed potatoes, a chicken fried steak, a layer of scrambled eggs, covered by the biscuit tops buried in a sea of white gravy. The lag time between placing my order and my food arriving at the table was unremarkable, minimal at best. I found my food to be hot, fresh and delicious. My food was absolutely delectable, superceding my expectations. I can easily highly recommend visiting Biscuits Country Cafe. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Biscuits Country Cafe proudly offers a military discount, which is always appreciated.🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲 Like many other merchants, unfortunately they upcharge 4% if paying your tab by credit/debt card.

My boyfriend and I have come here for breakfast on the weekends. We found this through Google search honestly. I recommended it let’s go ahead and try it we went and we absolutely fell in love. I honestly like this restaurant so much better than Bisbee and that is saying a lot. They have way better fresher food than Bisbee honestly. I love the smaller restaurant environment. I honestly really enjoyed the last time we came with the server she was super awesome the entire time. I wanted the pumpkin pancakes and she suggested adding chocolate chips to it. And I was honestly so for it. That ended up being like the best decision ever. Pumpkin pancakes with chocolate chips will be always my go to on top of the eggs Benedict I get. That egg Benedict is really what drove me to the restaurant in the first place. I think this will always be my go to restaurant. Especially for breakfast. Employees are great and I would really recommend it hands-down.

A somewhat dismissive reception by the hostess. She pointed towards a direction of some open tables and walked off. About 7 minutes later she asked if we wanted some real menu to which we replied yes. The food itself, Southern Belle (biscuits, chicken fried steak, and potato’s covered in gravy) and the Philly Cheese Steak Omelette, were excellent. The combination of portions to value were generous. The server was also excellent. The coffee kept flowing and she checked on us at just the right moments. Overall an excellent experience except for the customers with a gun on their hip. The problem is you don’t know what kind of kook is behind the holster. You might feel more comfortable going there armed just in case.

My husband and I decided to take our parents and other family to this breakfast establishment because we are a military family and this establishment is entirely covered in American/military pride. Covering their entire window on the outside of the restaurant it states that they support our military troops with a military discount. Inside it is all red, white, and blue...very American. Upon finishing our meal we stated that we were military and the waitress stated they no longer offer military discount due to the fact that minimum wage increased recently. We asked to speak to the manager but he was ‘too busy’. It is wrong to state you give military discount and once dined you do not. The waitress said they are ‘working on taking it down’. If that was the case they need to have honored the discount until they take it down. Our family and friends are upset by how wrong this is. A week later I saw they had not taken down their advertisement stating the military discount on their entire window. I called to speak to the manager and after being on hold for five minutes the waitress who had answered the phone said they were too busy at the moment to come to the phone and if I had a message. I told her they are portraying that they support the troops, they push really hard to let people know that they support the troops and even offer a military discount as displayed outside that they give military discount but once you go in they do not honor a military discount due to the fact that "minimum wage went up." She simply said they are aware, working on taking the paint off the window, and that they will not be honoring the military discount until it is taken down. This is unacceptable and illegal, they are using the fact that they support American troops to reel people into their business. It is a disgrace. Many people come here for the fact that the establishments portrays to be so American. The owner of this company is so selfish that they are willing to cut out a discount to military personnel due to the simple fact of minimum wage going up. I have not seen, read, or heard of any other company removing military, student, senior, or other discounts just because minimum wage went up. This isn't about the 10% discount, this is about using the military to make money...everyone loves a military friendly super American establishment. If we would have seen that they no longer give military discount we would have still eaten there, it's about bait and switch. They need to honor it until it is taken down. SELFISH owner to rather pocket the money than to keep honoring our veterans in the most minimal way possible. Clearly he is not a veteran, nor a family...

My son's and I had normally enjoyed eating here. But today showed us that service is on a decline. We had signed in and waited for seating. A couple that came in well after us, the female seemed to go put their name on the list but took extra time with the staff. When she went back to the person she was with, my sons heard her state to the person she was with that she got them bumped up on the list. The couple ahead of us got called. We SHOULD have been next. But the couple that was behind us was called instead of us. I tried to ask the staff girl why that was. She couldn't even answer, just said you will be next. I wasn't satisfied so I spoke with the manager/owner. He said they could have been waiting outside but on the list. That couple was no where near the restaurant when we arrived. Didn't explain why the woman's name was added above my name in parentheses next to a name already crossed off. Manager never really questioned his staff about it, just said, I hope that didn't happen. We were then given a booth. The same female staff was supposed to clean off booth across from us but gave us a guilty look and had a wait staff clean the table for her. Then to make things worse another wait staff literally sat with the line cutting customers having a conversation. While she was supposed to be working. Making it looking even more this place plays favorites with people they know. Complained to the manager again. Not satisfied with his non-answer and inability to find out why this situation had to happen. Decided to voice my displeasure and leave. Biscuits, you have your staff and lack of integrity for losing us and anyone else as customers. Very disheartening to have to leave such a review to a place we...

Dont believe everything you read on the internet. Most reviews for this place are highly inaccurate. The food is not restaurant quality. The omelets, as others have noted, are small and very thin. My wife thought it was a crepe. The "home fries" are more like frozen potato cubes dunked in the deep fryer. The sausage was clearly the frozen, pre-formed type of rubbery patty that you can buy at Walmart in a big bag. The pancake was tough and rubbery on one side and could almost not be cut. Its possible that the menu prices here are a buck cheaper than some other places, but that is nothing to get excited about, as you could very easily make better food at home or get more flavorful items at McDonalds. We waited over 15 minutes after being seated for an offer of a water or a beverage. I left my seat to let the host know that was unacceptable. A quality restarant would have a manager or other person keep an eye on service and fill in, if for some reason the waiter was detained. I think I saw him at a 6 top table with about 4 seperate checks as I was getting back to my table. The waiter was competent after he got to our table, but he was not particularly friendly and did not inquire about whether or not we were satisfied with food. If you crave mediocre food this place is for you. To be fair, If the owner would like to respond and make a convincing counter argument, I am open to...
