I came in here as I normally do when I’m visiting the Tulare outlets(I also get chocolate covered apples next door) but there were no pretzels ready. Don’t get me wrong, I normally don’t mind waiting for a fresh pretzel bc they definitely taste better fresh out the oven but they gave me an extra greasy skinny skimpy bagel. Just pulling that first bite apart I can see the grease seep out of it. I was really disappointed bc I just wanted to enjoy my pretzel after being done browsing the shopping center.

El personal es amable, el lugar es pequeño. De echo puedes ver a los empleados trabajar en la parte de en frente. La mayoría del tiempo hay fila para ordenar. Pedí un pretzel de pepperoni y bites con sal, ambos estaban recién salidos del horno. Frente al negocio hay mesas de color azul donde puedes disfrutar de tu orden.

As soon as we walk in we were not welcomed she greeted us by saying,THIS IS ALL WE HAVE JUST TO LET YOU KNOW!! LOUDLY... young lady with brown hair was rude.... She seemed like she hated her job angry cause we went in there to buy her products that makes her check$ i asked for a strawberry lemonade slushee and it pissed her off more you can see the anger in her lip twitch i mean the store was not closed yet... .... And after she swiped my card she said in a rude tone "Oh you didnt want dipping sauce right "before i can answer shes like theres ketchup and mustard right there... Employee needs traing she dont have customer...

Came here once a few years ago since I do not live in this area, but have had Auntie Anne's before and loved it so I decided to grab lunch at this location. I'm not sure if it is just me, but the pretzel tasted like metal. I couldn't finish it at all and threw it away after eating a third because I was hungry.
