Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tulare

Came here to get food for me and 2 friends who came to visit from out of town. Upon pulling into the drive thru we were told they only accepted mobile app orders so we ended up pulling into the parking lot to place the order. We waited 45+ minutes for our food. When we got home we noticed one burger was missing and so were the dressings we asked for. We called and were told they were sorry so we drove 30mins back only to wait another 30mins for them to hand us the wrong order. Then when we got home the friend who’s burger we had to pick up started eating and pulled a long hair from the burger at that point he no longer wanted to eat! I am so embarrassed as they are out of town guests and this happened! The excuse from the employee was that there was a lot going on inside and since I was a customer I couldn’t see so they were sorry, but that I didn’t understand they are dealing with a lot. However I’d have waited 2 hours for the right order and no hair! Smh so only giving one start...

They deserve 0 stars, always forgetting to give your tacos or fries, it's always a bother and a waste of my TIME and MONEY to keep going back for the food they constantly forget, The audacity to make you pull up to the front and wait for your food out in the front instead of just waiting at the drive thru window, then they come and just give you the bags in such a hurry and rude way and right away run back. And then you gotta do their job and double check the order just to find out that they got your order wrong. and now you gotta get out your car and try and get their attention, then deal with their attitudes and have to wait longer because they are just staring down the costumer instead of helping . Done with this place and their unmotivated rude lazy workers. Definitely this employees dnt need a raise until they take their job seriously. Replace them with robots already, at least they will be motivated to replace the Dr pepper as they are constantly out of...

This place was a huge disappointment and waste of time and money. Go to the other jack in the box they're nicer and cleaner.

This is the second time I've picked up a mobile order here and didn't receive my shake. The first time, I was okay with it because my food was good and the workers were friendly and they offered to write my name down so I could come back later which worked for me.

This time the food tasted terrible. Fries and tacos cold, burger and extreme sausage tasted like they either were cooked on a grill that wasn't cleaned since my last visit, or were cooked on a grill that had grill cleaner chemicals on it. We threw our food away for fear of being poisoned. So very disappointing.

And this time the manager was super rude. Gave me a dirty look and some pretty serious attitude. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a manager. I came at 1:30 a.m. on...
