This is a fun, exciting taco experience. The history, food, staff was better then my expectations!

The plane and hanger space are used in a very smart way. Outside there is plenty of covered seating with fans running 💨. Inside the plane the air conditioner is on and let me tell you on a hot day (99 degrees) it was so cool inside. I was very thankful for this. There was a TV and plenty of seating.

The staff, a young man & young woman greeted us on arrival and asked if this was our first time. We said yes and he gave us a quick tour of how to order and explained they have a buffet!! You can order at the window from the menu or get the buffet, then sit inside or outside. So plenty of seating.

Parking lot is big you can turn in from the street or ally way.

The food was good and the salsa yummy, not too spicy, very mild. The red sauce had a good spice level tho. We tried a taco asada, chicken quesadilla, chips & salsa and 2 sodas. It was average taco place prices but better atmosphere, Worth it!

This place really is next level taco experience, the details of the plane that were left in is nice to see. It would have been cool to be able to see more inside the whole cockpit but I understand the air conditioner needs to be somewhere in a tight space and I appreciated the air!!! 😊

While driving around my girl and I were checking for a place to get a small bite, I spotted this amazing plane restaurant and decided to give it a shot, the fact that is a real airplane makes it so cool and unusual. My girl ordered like chunks of beef with potato and I got the green Chile with pork chunks, however the food is already cooked, maybe just reheat and serve, didn't take more than 5 minutes to the waitress to get our food on the table,beans and rice need more flavor, the edge of the tortilla was hard, service is really good, they are very friendly and explained what I wanted to know about the dishes. In my personal opinion I believe they can do better to deliver testier food, we would definitely come again to try a few other dishes if we live around unfortunately we...

4/25/24 - Came to eat inside the airplane. Quite enjoy these old school quirky type places where something is repurposed as something else. It's a good bit of iconic Americana "Route 66" type stuff that is starting to disappear as time goes by.

Was extremely happy to have found the food to be tasty (had the Cheese Enchilada plate) and the service to be friendly and courteous.

Alot of the time places that use something like an airplane as a place to eat bypass the food quality and care about courteous staff as people will come just to eat in a cool road side type variable. Was very happy that aside from that awesomeness of getting to eat inside an old airplane, food was great, service was top notch.

Worth a stop for not just the fun of the plane, but for the food...
