Why have online ordering if it doesn’t make picking up any faster??!! I ordered my food online at 11:45 order said ready for pick up by noon. Got there and no one greeted me. They said someone would be of service to help I waited patiently for about 8 min and lady stayed at drive thru and kept taking orders as a long line of people were lining up behind me: Finally I let her know I have an online order I need to pick up and she stated she don’t have it then I said I have my order # can u look it up by that she said no. So i finally gave her my name and showed her the order then she said she still didn’t have it then I said it again and finally she found it on her screen and started to make the order. It’s ridiculous the horrible customer service shown here most likely by the manager herself. Get your act together and help walking in customers or at least have an area where I am able to check in my online order. drive thru customers are not the only important ones ! Read more20250829 at 4pm, order under Adrian T I stopped here to grab dinner and have a pee break. I placed my order first using their machines. Then asked woman (short and fat, she wouldn't give me a name) for restroom access snd she said to give a second.....fair enough, but she completed her task and then others...I asked again and then gave me attitude and says it's for customers only. I told her I ordered food and she said she didn't know that with an attitude. I then went to cancel my order, I felt unsafe with my food now. I spoke with a manager who wouldn't give me that girls name or her own so I can make a complaint, manager also had an attitude and wouldn't give me any names. How am I supposed to make a complaint to store owners then? Only option i see now for these people to be held to SOME standards is a review. Now instead of the owner hearing from me, everyone that looks at reviews can thanks to the "manager". I expect bad service from a regular employee, not a manager...she isnt...
Read moreI used the online app to place my order... 3 crunchy tacos, no lettuce, with extra cheese (which I paid extra for on each taco). A simple order right??? Or at least you would think so... Instead what I received was 3 crunchy tacos with beef and light on the cheese!!!! I didn’t notice until I’d got home, so I began calling them so that I could speak with the manager about how upsetting that I paid for something I didn’t get!!! And even though I continued to call for over an hour and they NEVER ANSWER the phone!!!! Nobody was in the drive thru and of course the dining room is closed, so you KNOW they weren’t busy!!!! Yet, when I constantly continued to call no one would answer, instead I got an answer machine that kept repeating “We’re sorry we are experiencing a high volume of customers at this time. Please call back shortly.”
I AM SO AGGRAVATED THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR CHEESE AND THEY WENT...
