315 Bar and Grill in Tullahoma, TN is a hidden gem that I’m glad I stumbled upon! I stopped in for some wings and a beer and ended up having an unforgettable experience. The wings were cooked to perfection – crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, with a range of flavors that hit the spot. The beer was ice-cold and just what I needed.

The standout of the night was Kelly, the bartender. Her friendly vibe and great recommendations made me feel like a regular. She kept the beers flowing, made sure everyone felt welcome, and added a personal touch that really enhanced the whole experience.

To top it all off, two older ladies took to the mic for some karaoke, and it was absolutely hilarious in the best way possible. Their enthusiasm lit up the place and gave that perfect small-town dive bar vibe that makes you smile. As a previous bartender with nearly ten years of experience, I was incredibly excited to shop local and try out this little dive bar in my hometown. Upon first impression, I was really glad to see a full bar, people occupying tables and a few customers playing pool in the back. However, there was only one employee in the entire establishment. Since I’ve been in this industry for so long, I was patient on waiting for her to greet our table, but when she finally made it to us I was so disappointed. She took our drink order, told us the daily special and then never returned after delivering our drinks. She never asked if we wanted menus or if we’d like to eat.
