I dropped by this place today in hopes of getting a new mod and treated as if they wanted to sell me one. In a world that seems to have lost the concept of customer service or even the reality that without customers you only have a store full of merchandise this place delivered on all fronts. What I am trying to say is this. The ladies in this place greeted me and my wife almost immediately and without missing a beat asked me how they could help me. Not once did they try and persuade me from my objective of getting a mod that uses the same batteries and coils that I already own. In fact they were quick to respond by showing me exactly what I was looking for. Yes, I know that purchasing a kit would have likely been less expensive, but would have required different coils and maybe even new batteries. While they could have probably made more money selling me a kit that would require different coils, they saw the big picture of selling me what I wanted so that they could receive future dividends on more purchases in the long run. Kudos to you ladies for operating in a way that seems to be becoming more and more foreign with every passing day. I will absolutely be seeing you again in the near future for...

I absolutely LOVE this place. The owners are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I went there one time and back for the 2nd visit probably a month later. The owner asked another lady that was there if she remembered when she was telling her about a very sweet girl (she was referring to me) and it really meant more than she may ever know that she acknowledged this. I hate that I have forgotten her name but she is blonde. I didn’t feel like just another customer. I was having a really rough day and cried happy tears over that after leaving. If you do happen to get vape juice that is not to your liking, she will fix it for you. They can also custom-make whatever juice you want. There is also a cat named Sophie that will greet you and make you feel welcome! 🤗 this will be my go to location from here on out....

My first visit. This was the best experience I ever had at any vape shop. They were very patient while I sampled almost every flavor they had. I wound up getting three different flavors and they are all AWESOME. I was in the market for a new sub ohm tank. They showed me several different models. I wound up with the FreeMax Fireluke. I absolutely love this tank. After I left, I wanted to try out my new tank but the fill port was stuck and I accidentally dry fired it while messing with it. Totally my fault. Took it back to the store and they were very understanding and gave me a replacement with a new coil. Fantastic service. They truly stand behind their products. This will be my main shop for vape products...
