I don't even give 1 star. I literally HAD to so I could leave my review. I have had horrible service the last 2 times I ordered from the Tullahoma store. Last time, I had an emergency come up while I was waiting for my delivery and I went to just pick it up. The driver was still in the store, (I made eye contact with him and he nodded to me). I was told that the driver had already left with my order even though the online tracker showed my order was still there. So I left to meet the driver with my food. He pulls in about 2 minutes after me and it's the same guy that was in the store while I was there and was still there when I left. This time, my order was $21 and some change. I paid with two $20 bills. I requested he just give me a $10 and a $5. He hands me four $1 bills and says to hold on so he could go get the rest of my money. He returns with eight $1 bills and says he supposedly didn't have $15 in change. He ended up getting double the tip I intended for him. He replied with, "Do I need to go back to get the rest from the store and bring it back?" I watched him pull into my driveway from one of my neighbors, so I know he had more money but decided the tip I was giving him wasn't enough. I have worked this industry for 18 years. There is no reason at all for this. I will never return to this location to eat. Read moreThis is not the first bad experience I have had with Dominos Pizza in Tullahoma, TN. About 18 months I had moved to a new address so I a changed my physical address apropos as I had done many times prior. Well, my deliveries would sometimes make it to my new address but many times to my old address. This became an aggravating experience and I had words with their management and they seemed bent on not taking responsibility for their mistakes.
Let me say that their prices were a driving factor for doing business with them as I have young children who enjoy their food.
Recently I decided to show grace to them and do business with them again. It went fine for two weeks. Then one day an order was not received. Come to find out they had sent it to my old address yet again. I called twice and was put on hold. I was upset after my 3rd call and used language I avoid. They insisted I had made a mistake by not updating my online account address. I was furious and took my phone with app to their manager and showed him the current address. He was evasive to take responsibility and asked what the problem was. I told him, “incompetence on your part to update your system… I did my part”. He insisted we not do business again. They did deliver my pizza order and make it right but still….
I can pick up my pizza at Little Caesars much cheaper…..just not delivery....

After delivering to my house about 3 miles from the store for the last 3 years, now all of the sudden they can't find my house...even after calling and letting them know the driver can't use the dominos app to find it. They have to use Google maps. So they will add the notes to the order and 45 mins later I receive a call from the driver that he is in the trailer park and can't find my house.. this is the 2nd time in a row the drivers are trying to deliver my pizza to the wrong house. Even after explaining to the manager on duty. So I called the driver back only to be sent to vm. Another 20 mins later, I call the store and dpeak to thr manager. She said.. Oh yeah. We know where you are..we will remake the pizza and send it right out...meanwhile, the young driver who wouldn't answer the call shows up with the first cold pizza and appears to be somewhat impaired..not sure about this but pretty sure by the half closed eyes and smirk on his face..
