Arby's — Restaurant in Tullytown

Horrible customer service this was the third or forth time I experienced absolutely horrible customer service! One of the times I went there they told me they couldn’t take my order because they were closing early (btw they were closing almost an hour early) but now at this point I had already been in the store and in line they did say that they’d be taking the people in line in front of me as the last customers. I couldn’t believe they treated me that way. Another time I experienced absolutely horrible service or lack there of I went through the drive-through after waiting for a very long time I got to the ordering menu and everything I asked for they said they didn’t have so I actually couldn’t order any food. on my trip there today they once again said that they do not sell items that are clearly listed on the menu for sale, they also said the menu price was wrong when I asked to order the 2 for $6.00 the guy said it is actually 2 for $7.00 (with a really nasty attitude) and said they only have one of the options out of the 4 listed so then I asked for something different and he said no we don’t have that. With all of that being said i would conclude that the Levittown Arby’s is absolutely horrible i do not recommend...

It's Arby's, the food is on par with what you're going to get at any other Arby's. BUT, I'm here to tell you that if you can go through the drive-thru instead of eating in, DO IT! Unfortunately at least a few of the workers had to bring their kids into work with them (I don't blame them, it's not their fault we live in a capitalist hellscape without affordable child care). This, however, has caused the dining room to take on the feel of a daycare more than a restaurant and the kids were running around and screaming the entire time I was there (there were 7 or 8 kids, I'm not sure, I couldn't count as they ran amok through the store). Frankly, this review is as much about the fact that Arby's doesn't care about their workers enough to pay them enough to afford child care as it is about this particular franchise. 2023 UPDATE My kids ask for Arby's about once a month so I don't get food here frequently. The last 2 times the food was pretty good. There was a mistake with my order earlier this year but the manager took care of the issue so I was satisfied. The last time which was just the other day the food was really good. I will say though for fast food the price is a little high compared with other places. Dinner for 2 kids and 1 adult was 30 dollars.

Original Review Really friendly staff at this location. I hadn't had Arby's in quite some time. Fries are still delicious. I enjoyed everything but the one issue I had was the Reuben bread was soggy. It would have been so much better if it was crisp/toasted but still delicious. Not the fault of the restaurant I am sure it is better when you can eat in the dining area. Drive thru only was ordered during COVID...
