Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Tulsa

I love Andy's Custard. They have one of the best chain store custard recipes on the planet and fantastic mix-ins. However, this trip was a little lackluster.

The gentlemen who served us was very friendly and the overall service was very fast. The problem was my son and I ordered root beer floats and the root beer was barely present as in a couple of inches short of the rim. When it is Sprecher's root beer and at $4 per float, that just won't do. Also, my girls received small drinks instead of the mediums we paid for and when we inquired we were told that WAS the medium on soft drinks...even though the lady behind him said small Cokes a couple of times.

While we waited, I asked him what his plans were not that he's in transition. Sorry I have to start off with this 1-star review. I'll write better ones later but here's the problem, your product is amazing! You just need to put German Chocolate Concrete instructions readily available for all your employees. I come there 2-3 times a week and when they're made with the right ingredients, they're awesome! Problem is, each and every time I come to the drive thru and order I get this deer in the headlights look and they have to get help to find the german chocolate concrete button. Then the people who put them together apparently have no written instructions on this flavor because half the time they're not made with the right ingredients.
