Apple Barrel Cafe - Midtown — Restaurant in Tulsa

Came in the other day and had a server named Jasmine, she was truly one of the best servers I’ve ever had in my 53 years of living, and will play a role in me and my wifes lives forever, she kept a positive attitude not towards only us but the rest of the restaurant as well, she was very welcoming, and gave us very good options, not sure if she was the only server or not but I only seen her and she was doing awesome taking care of 8 or more tables but kept a smile the whole time. I have then a total of 3 chances before I left a review. They are fairly new so I take that into consideration as well. However the food has been sub par, the first time my eggs were cold and my bacon was burnt to a crisp. Tried again for dinner and had a decent experience with good food. This is the first time we have visited Apple barrel Cafe. We were greeted very warmly and seated immediately. The staff is super friendly and I love how everyone was all smiles and everyone checked on us. The food was totally phenomenal for a diner! Even though we went about 2:00 we decided breakfast would be the first thing we tried because my husband judges a place on their biscuits and gravy.
