Arby's — Restaurant in Tulsa

The food is good but seemed to be luke warm for both the roast beef sandwiches and potatoes. We ordered crinkle-cut french fries but received chewy curly Q fries instead. The service was okay but no friendly smile or welcome to Arby's or even a thank you, come back and see us. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant looked very clean. In my opinion, Arby's made a critical mistake by doing away with the potato cakes and happy hour from 2 to 4 p.m. I went from going about twice a week to now going about twice a month. Arby Q sandwiches are wonderful but they no longer have them, not even for a limited-time promotion, very disappointing. They also have done away with their condiment bar, dill pickle slices onions and banana peppers, something that the customer appreciates, looks forward to and comes...

Writing this as I sit in the restaurant eating. The food is exactly what I wanted and no complaints there. However, the cashier who assisted me seemed absolutely exasperated. With everything. Me. Anyone in the drive-thru. Life itself. She was irritated when I asked what size a small cup was, and currently she's very loudly complaining about her customers to her co-worker as those of inside sit and listen. Apparently the fact that peope use Arby's sauce on their sandwich is offensive to her based on her exclamation of "Why even order a sandwich if you're going to drown it in Arby's sauce, ya know?!" Which by the way, is my favorite thing to do here. Okay, cool. We all have opinions. But maybe whisper them next time, or better yet, wait until no customers are present to complain...

Lousiest resteraunt in the franchise. Probably the worstbin Tulsa. And I love arby's This one is worth skipping Dirty. The employees wreak of cigarettes. Crude humor and disgusting conversations behind the counter as you're trying to eat.

Condiment bar is usually filthy and there's always a pump jug gone dry That they never seem to fill. Instead you get a pile of packets to use. If you're a savage. A medieval European peasant. Or generally gross then chances are you've already eaten here or.. more aptly work here. I've had the worst experience eating at this resteraunt.
