The Arby's at 49th and Yale in Tulsa Oklahoma, really has it together if you go through the drive-thru and there's a long line, don't worry, they have the necessary staf and skills necessaryf to keep the line moving. I very seldom use the drive through, I go inside. Recently the last few times that, I have visited this location, I have been verbally welcomed, as I enter the store. This in itself, makes me want to come back more often. The food is always good but almost every single time, it is just served at room temperature or just barely warm, that is a little disappointing but I try to overlook it. When Arby's made the decision to do away with happy hour and get rid of their potato cakes, they pretty much lost me as a customer. That along with the higher menu prices, I only choose Arby's, if I am taking advantage of a promotion or have coupons for them. As a customer, I want and expect a good value for my money. I really want them to bring back happy hour, potato cakes, Arby-Q and fish sandwiches Be sure to give this location a try,, you will also be pleased with the inside cleanliness of the store. Read moreI used to have a 3 star rating on this Restaurant; however, I'm going to upgrade that to 5 at this particular location.. One of the employees there is the cause for this change. For the life of me I cannot recall his name but It was yesterday, the 27th of July 2021 at about 3:30 p.m. I believe he was the only guy working the counter... as a matter of fact, I'm sure of it. I just want them to know who he is and I would like him to receive credit.So let me explain....Let's just say that he gave us service in a fast food place as they do in a 4 or 5 star restaurant. He was extremely professional polite courteous and thorough which is a rarity in a lower paying position which sadly fast food joints are. My hat is off to that young man; he should be managing the place, or = working for a much higher end restaurant or in customer service or , better yet, opening his own chain or high end restaurant. Read moreI am so upset right now i just got a nice burger at the drive through my bill was 11.90 since there was a queue and the cars weren't moving up i took the pains to count some change, gave the lady 21.90 which means my change is $10 i saw her taking forever to figure out how much i gave to her she couldn't count. So i took my time and waited and that explained why the queue was so slow. The next thing she gave me $9 and some change. I told her i already made it easy by giving her the exact money and my change was $10 she just shut the window on me and walked out. Someone else then came apologized gave me my correct change and said she had problems. Just imagine the queue behind me too waiting to pay and get their food. I was so disgusted and she still kept looking towards me and giving me the bad eye. The manager was called upon and i complained to her and told her i was going to tell out my mind on a review she also gave me a nasty eye, like what is going on at this #Arbys ? I enjoyed the meal...
