Update...03/24/21 BIG IMPROVEMENT... I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the door, my order was correct there was somebody mopping the floors, the tables had all been cleaned, chairs pushed in and it looked very nice and I was even thanked as I was leaving. I would like to personally thank the owner for replying back to me previously and for forwarding my comments to the rest of his team leaders. It made a huge difference in the way that this store is being run. It shows me that the owner truly cares about his customers, their satisfaction and his store. GREAT JOB.
Needs improvement, no greeting or welcome to Arby's, just a "help you". Food was just ok. The first available table to sit at was dirty, I let them know up front at the counter that it needed to be cleaned and sanitized but nobody ever came back out to the dining room to take care of that while I was dining in there for about 30 minutes when I left it still had not been done. There was also trash outside in front of the window that was never picked up and thrown away while I was there. Lastly, there was no thank you come back and see us or anything as I was leaving even though I made eye contact with the people behind the counter as I walked...
Read moreI really didn't want to give it one star, yesterday when I went to dine in for the first time instead of going through the drive thru the lobby had 3 homeless people just sitting there. 2 at the tables and one at the register charging his phone while waiting for a cup for a drink. He was very scary dancing about the lobby that was very filthy, yes the lobby looked like no one had touched it all day to clean it. The trash by the soft drink station was coming out the hole and tables were dirty and papers on the floor. Not to mention I watched the food prep touch his face while preparing other people's food. And when I ask to change my order from dine in to take out the MANAGER asked why I said isn't it obvious your dinning room lobby is filthy and uninviting and there are homeless people just sitting in there. She rolled her eyes at me and smiled and while bagging my food she to was touching her face. This Arby's location is nasty and disgusting and needs to redo there management team and retrain or get new employees on cleaningness.
My son and I have been up all night running to the bathroom with upset stomachs and I'm pretty sure it's food poison from un healthy food...
Read moreSo we went to this arbys last night for dinner because we got into town late and mostly everything closed at 10 due to covid, and they closed at 10:30 we got there at 10:18. We Ordered 10 classic sandwiches, 5 W/ cheese, and 5 w/ out and a half-pounder. We got our food in 1 bag and I was like "Is this all of it" and the chick at the window was like yes, we drive home get home at 10:38 open the bag to dispense sandwiches to the family and lo and behold, the 5 classics with cheese and the half pounder isn't in the bag. So I call them and they're like oh we closed at 10:30 you'll have to bring in the receipt tomorrow to get it fixed. So I take my receipt in and there's this rude boomer lady with a 70's haircut working the front desk. We nicely and calmly asked her to make our sandwiches and she said "No I'm not giving 5 sandwiches and I'm not refunding you" though 6 was missing. So my family had to eat whatever we could find last night despite paying over $33 for the food at arbys that we didn't get. The rude boomer refused to make the missing sandwiches or give me a refund. I contacted corporate and they're issuing a refund and will hopefully reprimand this...
