Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. The server was RUDE!!!! So beyond rude. We sat there for 10 minutes (they were far from busy) before the server came. He didn’t seem real enthusiastic about taking care of it. We were ready to order (bc we had waited for 10 minutes) we ordered and the food came…looking TERRIBLE. Also the server stood by me and passed everyone’s food to them, reaching in front of me every time which is so disrespectful. The burger had no sauce on it. The kids burger was fine but the fries were all room temp and looked old. One of my kids ordered “loaded fries” and the cheese on top was hard and looked like it had been sitting there for awhile. I ordered a cob salad and I order this every single time we go there which is once every 2ish months usually… the avocado looked gross. It looked like it had been frozen and then thawed honestly. I gave it a chance and tried one and it was not good. So I simply slid them out and put on a napkin and grabbed the server when he went by and just said “could I get some fresh avocados, this looked strange and also didn’t taste the best”. He says “sure” and just grabs it and walks off. Very grumpily and not polite but whatever. He then comes back, with attitude and tells me that that’s how the avocado should look and then says “so I figured I’d come tell you before I bring more and you get offended again.” WHAT?!?! I said “I don’t think I was offended”. He started to talk with “well..” I cut him off and said I was fine and don’t worry about it. So he starts to walk away and mumbles something so I told him to go ahead and just take the whole thing and handed the salad back to him. His response is just “ok”. He has no right being a server acting like that. He never refilled our water. He looked at us like we were worthless and spoke to us that way too. I asked for a manager to tell her I didn’t want him back to the table. Manager was nice but I will probably never go back and we like it there and have been there many times. The food sometimes isn’t the freshest but I can overlook at lot when there is good service, this was NOT that! Wish I could give...

My fiancee and I and a couple of friends were in there yesterday to have dinner before a concert. The hostess had asked us if we had a preference on where to be sat and we told her that we didn't and she could sit us anywhere that was the most convenient. We were sat in a back room to the left of the host stand and it was made clear to us that this might have been a closed section since we were the only table there for an hour. This didn't bother us, but it was made clear that our server had to pick up this table as it was not in her section, and that she wasn't capable of taking another table. Kayla S was our server, and the service was pretty slow, but we didn't mind. She seemed busy, and we have all worked in the industry, myself being a former restaurant manager. We ordered our appetizer, then our food, and when our food came out before our appetizer, we brought it up to our server where she proceeded to roll her eyes and say "well I put it in." This didn't sit well with us. We get it that things happen, but she didn't do anything to ensure that this problem would be resolved. We had almost completely finished our food when our appetizer finally arrived , and again, our server almost left without offering anything kind of consolation for the problem. It wasn't until we said something that she finally apologized and just kept saying "I put it in before your food.". Things happen, we get it, we've all been there, but there was no excuse for her attitude and honeslty it put a bad taste in our mouths. We felt as if we wereore of a burden for her than anything else and she acted like she didn't even want us to be there. We went here for my daughter's 23rd birthday dinner. She ordered the bourbon chicken with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli, and it had some raw spots in the chicken. The server kept trying to tell her it was just seasoning. I'm sure she could tell the difference between seasoning and raw chicken. I had the garlic parmesan chicken, loaded mashed potatoes, and broccoli. Both of our mashed potatoes were so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted! The best thing on BOTH of our plates was the broccoli (it was actually very good). My chicken was bland, I had to add salt, which I don't like doing, especially if it has cheese on it, but it seriously needed help. My husband had a bourbon burger with NO bacon and they still served it with bacon. My son's order was correct, but honestly, you can't really mess up a burger with just meat, bacon, lettuce, and bread, lol. But the portion of fries that came with their burgers were very small for the amount we paid. The pretzels (only the pretzel part)with beer cheese appetizer was ok. The cheese tasted lumpy and funky. It took forever to get my glass of water. There were others in our party, but I can't speak on their food since they were on the opposite end from us. The fish bowl drinks, I expected it to be bigger than what they were and NOT served in a flimsy plastic container, for $14. It was good, but it was definitely mostly juice. My husband is willing to give it another chance, with a smaller dinner party, but im not so sure... the 18% automatic gratuity was what turned me off. And to add an additional tip...
