I don't often speak about bad service. But this is an exception. I walked inside an empty Braums to order two salads and two teas to go. I stood there for several minutes. Several employees looked at me and never acknowledge that I was there. Finally I waved and said excuse me excuse me can somebody help me. An attractive 20 something girl with a headset on looked at me and said someone would be right with me. It was the "chip on her shoulder" attitude that caught my attention. Someone finally came from the direction of the restroom, to take my order. I received my order and 2 cups for tea, but the tea was behind the counter for safety reasons. I asked a young man if he could get a raspberry tea and a half and half iced tea. He did and I asked him which was half tea. He had accidentally told me wrong. I took a drink and it wasn't mine. The young man was working with another customer and I explained what happened to the same girl and asked if she would get me a fresh raspberry tea. She asked me what was wrong with the tea, I explained again I took a drink of my coworkers tea not mine. As she stood there looking at me like, with attitude, I asked her: would you drink it? She immediately started to run off at the mouth. I asked for the manager I explained the situation, he immediately asked if I had received new drink, I replied and he got me a new one and said he would talk to the girl. Read moreOut of all the ice-cream places in Tulsa, Braums is my favorite. I was craving my usual and grabbing a sundae for a friend. Double dipped brownie sundae with peanut butter ice-cream and extra fudge. Double dipped Tuxedo with no almonds. The girl taking the order had me repeat it and then said wow. Not sure what that was about. When I got to the pay window. The order wasn't in yet. So I waited alittle bit to pay. Only a minute or two. After I paid I pulled up to the receiving window and was handed the first part of my order. The guy was about to hand me my sundaes and I asked for an extra bag for the sundaes. There was no one in line behind me and he asked me to pull forward ,which I thought was odd. When he handed the sundaes I noticed mine was wrong. No brownie and no extra fudge. He told me that wasn't on the receipt when I told him it was wrong. I told him what I order again and said this isn't right. He told me there was nothing he could do because it wasn't on the receipt. I was a little surprised he didn't fix it and just stared at me. But I decided to just take the order even though I repeated my order into the order box twice. When I got home I noticed there were no napkins and utensils in the bag. It was a very disappointing night after a long at work. Please train your employees better in customer service...

Tell em you have an allergy to tomato and they put tomato on your food. Tell them crispy chicken salad and you get a strawberry poppyseed salad. Order a crispy chicken sandwich and get a spicy crispy chicken sandwich with no lettuce… what in the hell guys? So tired of coming and being in a good mood , to look in my bag and see the crap I paid for, and it ruins my mood. I just went through there again which will be my last time, and ordered a large meal where my fries weren’t even filled up. I got a small fry in a large container. It’s disgusting how much were taken advantage of because I know for a fact this comment will go just as far as this platform, and yall will continue making money off of giving customers what they didn’t ask for, and then get mad when we stand up for ourselves.
