Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Tulsa

I went through the drive thru so i wont have as long of a review as usual. But what i still have to say about it is all good things. The line was decently long and it was oretty busy, i thought i was gonna have to wsit forever in line just to get my ice cream. But in under 2 minutes i was up at the window getting my ice cream cone and four other peoples things in the car. Everything got out to us quickly and they had no trouble hearing us through the machine we talked through to order our things in the first place. We didnt get any meals or anything, only ice cream but it wasnt melty or anything when we got it. They always take precautions with covid, keeping their distance and wearing a mask but they were still super friendly to us despite how late it was and how busy they were. I come here all the time and im always satisfied with the service given to me and the rest of the customers. They even always handle the mean ones well too! As ive witnessed many times. First of all, it felt like my very presence was an irritant to Keniah. No smile, no warm greeting, nothing. I had a very simple order. A large drink, a large fry and a large shake. This somehow took four tries to get right before we even left the order taking process. She then starts my shake without letting me get my drink while I waited. I ask for the cup and am ignored. When I made a gesture of half shrug, half exasperation, Fanny noticed and tried to give me a water cup before the confusion was cleared up and I received my cup. Now mind you, this whole time, a dude is holding up the counter doing absolutely nothing and Fanny is walking around. Keniah got my shake which was incredibly messy (and is now in my car’s interior quite deeply) looked at me with zero expression and then goes to get my fries (which were not very fresh) while the other two do nothing. Very BAD experience. Went inside, ordered a fresh burger and fries.(I used to work there so I know they precook their burgers) The cook redropped fries that had been sitting there and I asked him why he did that and he said to make them fresh. He tried to give me a precooked burger and I said I asked for fresh. I waited about 10 minutes (no big deal since I asked for fresh) and when I got my burger it was raw in the middle. Also it was dripping with mustard when i had asked for light mustard. I told the manager who did not have a name tag and she cooked it all over again. (Waiting again) I called the DM Trudy who told me to call her with any issues due to all the complaints against the stores and employees. She basically did not want to do her job, and told me there was nothing she could do. She's the one who told me to call! Anyway, so much for getting...
