Do not go here for repairs. My niece went in on 9/14/25 for a screen replacement of the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The gentleman at the counter gave her two prices (”basic” and “premium”). She asked him what the price difference entailed, and he said, “It’s just the color.” Therefore, she decided to opt for the more affordable option. When she got her phone back, she noticed the borders were really thick, the color was shifting, the battery was draining, and the phone was overheating. She returned to Cell City today, 9/20/25 and was assisted by Alex, the owner, and another individual. She discussed the problems, and the individual said he didn’t know why she was even offered the “basic” screen, as it was not recommended for her phone model. Alex was also unhelpful, stating that she could not get her money back or her original screen back. While discussing the issues, Alex said, “Well, I didn’t mess up your phone,” and my niece responded, “but one of YOUR employees did”. Alex offered to put the “premium” screen after his employee’s error, but said she would have to pay the difference between the basic and premium screen - he couldn’t even give her a discount for the inconvenience. I was shocked to hear from my niece that a business owner had NO accountability for his employees’ actions or any action to ensure customer satisfaction. Awesome experience at Cell City. Went in looking to get a new galaxy phone, as I'm coming from two broken Samsung galaxy s8's and a note 10+, but I wasn't really happy with the 128gb locked-to-TMobile s20 that they had available.

Instead, I picked up a factory unlocked 256gb Motorola edge and I've been quite happy with it. Albeit it is refurbished, but the rebuild they did is adequate and the price point was right on. Alex even offered me a free case and tempered glass screen protector for the phone and reminded me of the 30-day store warranty.

Can't beat the service and options available at this shop. Financing is also available through third party as well, for those who qualify.

I called and someone actually picked up! It didn't send me through several prompts on whether I wanted the store in Tulsa/Broken Arrow/etc! When we arrived, Eddie was there to assist. I had brought in my Apple iPhone 6s & told him that I wasn't 100% sure it was the LCD, but I'd appreciate if he could check. He put in a new LCD, let us know that it was the LCD screen and asked us if we wanted to go forward with getting it fixed for only $89.99!! 😱😱😱!
