I have decided to delete my previous rating from year ago because I am so sick of this happening. The store manager said they would take care of this but as always as soon as I give them another chance it happens again! I order on Uber and order strip meal add a strip and order thr drink cause it's a meal then add a shake and ask for the gravy bbq and ranch. My directions say I will increase tip if you make sure to remind them to check for my gravy and sauces it comes with!!! It's on the stinking receipt! I even pay extra for the sauces. It isn't the uber drivers fault because it happens in the drive thru. Never fails I have never ever received my order with the sauces! This time I open my door and I only have one drink! They had called and said they couldn't make the shake asked if I wanted something else..well no but whatever red fanta...so they bring a red fantasy and no coke lol so I'm short my drink..open the box of course no gravy no bbq and no ranch...and I'm missing the toast and I'm missing my extra strip..how hard is it to read?????? I call up there at 230am right now and tell me why it sounds like a party! The guy on the phone there is no way that is a manager! The kid couldn't have been older than 18! You could hear them all goofing off. I said I don't want a credit I just want your word that you will tell them to double check to make sure the person putting the bags together in drive thru and front counter look for the sauces! Do you know i didn't get 1 apology! Instead this guy has the nerve to blame the driver! Tell me how it is the drivers responsibility? They can't even open the bag to double check. The drink isn't even their responsibility! I did take her tip away because my notes say if you don't ask them to check before u leave I will take the whole tip away. Obviously they didn't open the bag because it's not there. That manager who you all have running that show overnight today should not be a manager. He had no vocabulary! I thought i was talking to my 12yr old son I'm not kidding! I know it's hard to find workers but come on! There is no excuse for that kind of customer service over the phone! If there is a new general manager at that location from last year I suggest you all remind the workers how important customer service is. I use to spend over 100 two to three times a week but I haven't been in over 7 months because of this! I finally give you all another shot and you all don't let me down! It never fails I got the exa t same kind of food and treatment from this location at 31st and hey 169. Its okay though because 41st and Yale is right there with yall but at least their managers don't sound like a bunch of kids at home alone playing around on the overnight shift! He also tells me it's not one person's job to put sauces in the bags and he can't be everywhere at once. They are the only store and location and restaurant that always I mean ALWAYS forgets the sauces! I would bet anyone millions that they wouldn't have sauces in the bags at any time of day and win! You all will not be staying in business if you keep doing this. This is pure laziness and a simple solution. Unfortunately, I don't think the store manager cares enough to fix the problem. Maybe for kicks i will give it a week and go back and see if the general manager ever changed anything. Hopefully I can find someone to take me up on my bet and I become a millionaire cause I am pretty positive this will happen...
Read moreThis location is terrible, consistently terrible. The location has a drive-thru that is inescapable once you're in it (it is curbed on both sides like a cattle chute - once you're in, you're stuck moving toward your own slaughter slowly, oh so slowly). This morning at 1:45 am, my husband and I were driving home from an event and needed food - we landed on this location because everything else would have been out of our way on our trip home. The location was busy (as usual for this time of night - post-bar patrons looking for something to soak up the liquor) but we decided we were hungry enough that we could wait 15 minutes in line - no big deal.
We were stuck in drive-thru hell for nearly an hour (56 minutes from the time we pulled in to the time we were finally driving away with our food). We ordered simple items (no special orders or requests) - Pancake Platter w/Sausage & Orange Juice, 2 Sausage B.O.B.'s (breakfast on a bun). My husband is not a patient man, the fact he didn't pull immediately away after the truck in front of us left & before we had paid was a miracle in and of itself - but - we waited at the window for 5 minutes before the lady inside took our money - she did not apologize for the agonizing wait & her customer service skills were severely lacking - she opened the window and said "12 dollars", we handed her the money and she closed the window - we waited another 4 to 5 minutes for our change which she just handed out to my husband without saying anything and no receipt - didn't count back the change or say "$8 is your change" or anything and then closed the window again. We then proceeded to wait another 15 or so minutes after paying for her to hand our food out the window - when I asked for extra napkins, salt & syrup she actually rolled her eyes at me as she was grabbing the requested items and placing them in the bag.
56 minutes we waited and we received luke warm food - I have an idea it had been ready for at least 15 minutes before she handed it to us. Overall terrible experience and the food quality was horrible. Will not be revisiting this...

Where do I even begin with the absolute disaster that is this Whataburger? I recently had the displeasure of ordering from this place, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences of my life.
After taking my brief order at the Drive-thru, to which they had even read back the order to me for assurance that it was in fact completely “correct”.
I give them the “okay 👌🏻” that yes, everything they read to me is correct; (#1 Whataburger meal) they tell me pull up to the 2nd window.
I arrive to the 2nd window after waiting in line for about 20 minutes; I am handed a bag with no drink that comes with for the meal that I ordered (Whataburger meal), (I also wasn’t too upset about the drink & just found it to be a common mistake)
I go inside, let the gentleman at the front know that I did not receive my drink; he hands me a cup & I resolve the drink issue.
Here is the complete let down that I made this entire review on; After coming home with my order thinking that everything is now just fine & me not receiving the drink was the only issue well boy was I completely wrong.
I was excited to indulge in a tasty meal. Little did I know that my anticipation would quickly turn into disappointment and frustration. As soon as I opened the burger, there was bacon mashed all inside of it.. I never mentioned anything about Filthy Bacon. It was as if they blindly grabbed whatever they could find and threw it onto the burger without a care in the world.
I am a Muslim & it is completely against my religion to eat Pork. Thankfully I felt the need to open my burger before biting it. (Gods doing)
I am thankful I didn’t take a bite into the burger thinking it was normal & decided to open the burger to see what was inside of it.
Not only did they manage to mess up my order, but they also demonstrated a level of incompetence that is truly mind-boggling & due to the inconsiderate nature of the Whataburger Employees, I will no longer be coming...
