The second time I've gone trying to get the featured item (cotton candy slush thing) and the machine has been broken twice. This time we ordered ahead so the upcharge had already been paid. I mentioned this to the attendant and she replied very coldly "thats why I made it a large." Refering to the soda that had replaced my sweet treat. This was after her arguing with us over our own order. We had ordered a soft serve cup and a Hershey Sunday, both ice cream dishes. She handed us one soft serve and a pie? We asked her about the other ice cream and she tried to tell us that a Hershey Sunday is a pie? She finally understood her mistake and took back the pie. The people friendly. That wasn't always the case. I have had issues with ordering breakfast and not having everything in my order but the evening crew, when I almost always go, is awesome.
