Burger King — Restaurant in Tulsa

The second time I've gone trying to get the featured item (cotton candy slush thing) and the machine has been broken twice. This time we ordered ahead so the upcharge had already been paid. I mentioned this to the attendant and she replied very coldly "thats why I made it a large." Refering to the soda that had replaced my sweet treat. This was after her arguing with us over our own order. We had ordered a soft serve cup and a Hershey Sunday, both ice cream dishes. She handed us one soft serve and a pie? We asked her about the other ice cream and she tried to tell us that a Hershey Sunday is a pie? She finally understood her mistake and took back the pie. So she fought with us over our own order, tried to send us home with the wrong item, downgraded my drink order, was very rude and cold, and refused to offer any kind of compensation. Adding one more thing to my original review. If you go through the drive-thru and they ask you to pull forward or around front to wait for your food -DON'T DO IT!!! I waited 33 minutes for a chicken sandwich, and they still didn't bring it out to me. I had to go through the drive-thru again!This location is always hit or miss with everything! You might get good food or you might get food that you end up throwing in the garbage. You might get pleasant service or you might get horrible service. You might get the food you ordered, you might get something that's not even close. Yesterday I ordered a sausage crescent and a bacon biscuit sandwich and got 2 sausage sandwiches instead. This has to be my favorite Burger King in town. I actually live closer to a different one but I always go here. The onion rings aren't fried to a crisp and the order is always right. The people friendly. That wasn't always the case. I have had issues with ordering breakfast and not having everything in my order but the evening crew, when I almost always go, is awesome. To be honest I haven't ordered breakfast in a while so I really can't attest to their level of quality.

I recently went in with a digital gift card and their system isn't set up to enter anything manually but the manager worked with me and suggested doing an online order through the app. It worked just fine that way.
