The best pho I've had in Tulsa. The wait staff wad pleasant and amazing. The ambience is pretty cool and the open seating gives you a lot of personal space. Thre foods is spectacular and different from the style I've had in different pho spots/shops. My one main complaint is ordering a thai tea. When i ordered it i got a cup filled with ice and little thai tea. I asked for no ice or light ice, went to the bathroom, and returned to the included picture; they gave me a half cup! Errrrmm ok. So after a long enough wait, I eventually asked the wait staff if thet could remedy this by filling my cup. She could not bcs she would get in trouble but suggested I talked to manager. I said okay. The manager came eventually. She was condescending towards me for some unknown reason, like i was trying to cheat them or something. I asked why this only a half cup. She said this was the packaged portions. I said I was paying $3 for a half 24 ounce cup. She curly told me do you me to remove it or do want to buy another portion? Another portion? I'd have to pay $6 for 2 jacks portions of thai tea top grey a full cup bcs they overfill the cup with ice. I said there's no way I'll pay for that when other places give you a full 32 ounce thai tea with light or no ice for $3. That was ridiculous they were being that cheap for something they did not need to gouge. Even the wait staffer serving us agreed that wasn't fair and suggested a different location for thai tea. That encounter is the only reason Pho Nhi get a rating of 3 stars. It was my third experience there... and that horrible manager counterbalanced all the great experiences and food I had there. I guess one needs to take "caution: the door settings both ways...!" 😑 If management or owners see this review, please fix your thai tea issue and take your manager/ supervisor aside to fix her attitude.

Good - **** Love their pho and fried rice. Tried their combination fried rice which comes with chicken, sausage and shrimp. The portion size is really big. Though seldom, have been eating there from 2017-18. They serve good vietnamese food

We travel for my husband’s work. One of our favorite go to dishes when on the road is Pho. We have been eating Pho for well over 10 years in multiple locations spanning from Texas to Minnesota. This was our first visit. The restaurant is located next to an Asian market. Very clean including their bathrooms. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful and perfectly attentive. Spring rolls were fresh and served with an excellent peanut sauce. I almost ordered a large bowl of pho and am so glad I went with the medium bowl. It was so big I brought a container of broth home combined from mine and my husband’s bowls. The broth is excellent at this location. Full of deep flavors with just the right amount of fat. Definitely a balanced broth made with a lot of love. The reason I gave this location 4 stars instead of 5 stars was the lack of meat. I ordered the beef combo with brisket, flank steak, tendon and tripe. I decided to hold the tripe today. I found two pieces of small flank steak. The brisket was so soft it pretty much dissolved into the soup. I had a few fat pieces left from the brisket and found maybe three tiny pieces of tendon. There were way more noodles than necessary but most places are guilty of being noodle heavy and meat light. I will try this location again in hopes there is more meat in the larger bowl because the broth is to die for. Hopefully they read the reviews and remedy this. The pho broth was just too good to see a restaurant fail for simply being meat stingy.

I've been visiting Pho Nhi since right around its opening however many years ago. I've always considered them in my top 3 places around this area. My most recent visit was on a Monday evening dining in. Service was great as always. My wife ordered their fresh rolls (c1) as her meal while I went with the medium combo Pho (Ph11) with no noodles as I try to keep carbs done.

First up was the fresh rolls. At first glance they look your standard fresh rolls but after the first few bites I noticed they were absolutely better than most and equipped with both pork and shrimp. Something else that stood out was the peanut dipping sauce that accompanied the fresh rolls, also absolutely delicious.

Shortly thereafter my pho was delivered to the table. I've always understood they cook their broth infused with cilantro but I prefer to add my own which is usually the entire portion other restaurants give on the side. As for the broth I felt the flavor wasn't as developed as a few other places I frequent more often.

Although I wasn't as impressed with their broth this visit as remember in the past I will say the portion and quality of the meats were impressive as I feel my typical goto place meats have more fat to them than I recall before inflation. There were plenty of bean spourts brought out, I'm not sure if they provided extra since I didn't get mine with noodles.

Overall, I dropped my original rating from 5 to 4 primarily because the broth just didn't really hit the spot like I recall. Other aspects like portion and quality of meats really helped make the dish better and stand out from some other places I've visited recently but since the broth seemed like it was missing something they've fallen out of my top 3 unfortunately for...

The food was amazingly good. We have eaten here before and the food is great. The service is usually ok to good. Today the service was AMAZING. AMAZINGLY BAD!!! The waitress repeatedly passed by our table as we sat there for near 15 minutes with no one checking in at the table after being seated. I simply asked if The server could take our order when The fifth waitperson passed by our table. The Manager (?) arrived shortly thereafter and made a ton of excuses even after I said I understood that it was the lunch rush, and a holiday, but walking past the table looking at us and not even asking for the drink order? The manager then said that the kitchen was backed up and our food would be delayed (ACTUALLY IT WAS NOT, THE WAIT WAS LESS THAN 5 MINUTES). The reality was that they have inexperienced staff who can not manage work flow. The management acts like customers are a bad thing and an inconvenience. Maybe take out is a better option because the food is good but the management and the service SUCKS! So seeing as the owner decided to comment on my review. 1) There was no profanity used. Period. As if I would use profanity in front of my wife and young daughter? 2) No one raised their voice, at all, in fact I began my sentence to the manager with the following direct quote "I realize it is a holiday and you are busy". 3) The waitress stopped 3 separate times at the table not even 6 feet away from ours and NEVER ONCE said a single word to us. You actually proved my points of poor service and an attitude and regarding profanity the "Pho king" comment is REALLY CLASSY. I bet you have been dieing to use it for some time. Get over yourself there are better restaurants around by far. They are noodles not a joke, don't...
