Never felt this in my 41 yrs of life however this evening I felt it 100%. I am native American and Caucasian another staff was 97% African American. I was asked to pull thru the drive thru and wait in the front of the restaurant for my mobile order which I placed at 8:45 pm. Two other customers came after me and had to pull thru and wait as well however they bot were served waaaay b4 me and my family and wouldn't you know they were African American also. When the second one was served I got out of my vehicle and asked the employee what was going on with my order and he said to hang on fit a sec he would go find out yet never returned. I finally received my order at 10 pm and it was not only incorrect and missing some items, it was soooo cold and when I mentioned my oreo shake the girl replied with oh we are out of oreos and just walked back into the restaurant. Didn't so much as apologize for my extremely late order or offer anything for compensation. This visit was a revisit from my previous visit that also had missing items and was not even warm so I'm assuming these folks are either racist or just plain stupid. I will never visit this location ever again for any reason what so ever. They don't even deserve the one star but I guess that's the lowest Google rating...

I donāt care what profession youāre in you GREET the customer and tell them you will be right with them. I go inside to order and asked the gentlemanās name in the drive thru. The young lady said Mike, but didnāt know his last name. I said you work with him but donāt know his last name? She said she doesnāt know him like that. He appeared to be a manager which is even more pathetic.

I stood by the counter for 5m at approximately 1:35pm the guy with the head set made eye contact with me three times. I was not greeted, I was not told sir we will be with shortly. All I saw was a chaotic mess and angry looking employee's. There were two other folks waiting for there orders. The place looked unclean. After waiting for so long I said F this place out loud and went next door to Taco bell were I was greeted when I walked in my order was taken quickly and my food was ready within minutes. All I can say is that BK as a franchise has gone down hill. This is not the only BK in Tulsa that is bad. I don't know if they need to pay there employee's more money or what needs to happen but I am done with BK. It's a shame because I love the Wopper, been loving it since I was a kid.
