I hate that this is the only sonic near me. The first time I used this place I order 2 shakes. It took 15 mins for the carhop to bring out my order. He didn't even use a tray just his hands. didn't say sorry for the wait or anything. Second time I ordered the same thing. This time it only took 5 mins but as the male carhop was trying to tell me my total another male employee was on the other side of my menu broad making animal noises at the carhop. When the the carhop couldn't talk without the other employee making noises the told him to stop playing. after I paid for my food and got my order the employees started talking in a very loud voices about someone leaving and one asked " where the hell was she going and why the hell did you let her leave?" They the both walked back into the store talking very loudly. This place is very bad at night because they use teenagers who don't care about their jobs or...

I continued to sit there waiting for them to take my order once the cars infront of me were gone the lady sat there in the window with her headset in and continued to not take my order and then walked off. There was no one in the stalls waiting for orders it was late at night so all of them were closed. I then drove up to the window because I got tired of waiting. And I was met with rude glares. And STILL did not even get greeted. I have worked in the food service for years I understand when things get busy but ive also learned to atleast great the customer if you cant immediately help them. This place has absolute TERRIBLE customer service. I would rather drive the extra 20 min to go to any other location...

Sit there for 13 min. 1 car had pulled off while the other pulled all the way up. Said car sits there for 2min. Still not an acknowledgement, hold please, thanks for choosing sonic, nothing! So i assume the speaker is broke. That must be whats taken so long. So I pull up. Car pulls off. Does the manager say hey sorry for the wait? Nope. He just looks at me and keeps on doing what he's doing. So i wave and say excuse me. He opens the window and says we only have 2 people working. What? ......What? How about say hi, how are you doing today, ? Sorry for the wait..fn something! Will NOT be going here...
