While I was at this Subway apparently the store manager had just put in her two week notice she was on the telephone yelling about why she's leaving and speaking negatively about the owner she also was very distracted there was only one worker making sandwiches yet there was two additional people there all employees seemed under trained stressed and underappreciated so coming from the perspective of an individual that works in the customer service industry the customers experience is always most important above the situation's going on within the corporation that being said the owner of this Subway should really get her stuff together because if Subway is sending out coupons but she is not allowing or providing the information to the managers in order for them to order the supplies necessary and the owner is limiting the types of sandwiches that Patriots can order based solely on ensuring that she receives the ultimate return I believe that's not fair to the consumer or...

Terri ann demanded to my items were correct. The manager Terri ann then proceeded to pick off the incorrect items. I asked that she remake them. As one sandwich was a toasted turkey italiano with no pepperoni or salami. Terri ann got an attitude and told me not to come in her store that way.
