If it was possible to give a zero, I would!!!! I was there 30 - 45 minutes ago and I won't be back. I did not get my change (it was only 26 cents, so I didn't notice it at the time), my reciept, or part of my order. Before pulling away from the window, I tried to verify that my order was correct...it was not. I gave it back to the cashier to see what she was missing. She picked up an item from the bag and said, here it is. Well there was a line of cars so to keep from holding up the line, I thought I would just verify it when I got home. Once I saw what all was missing, I went to verify if I had paid for it all, that is when I realized I had not gotten a receipt or change. I called the store to voice my complaint, which I had to do 4 times to speak to someone. The phone would ring a few times and pick up and then hang up again. When I called on the 4th time, a male answered with "Hello". I had to ask if it was Taco Bell because of the way he answered. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I talked to him about 5 minutes telling him what happened, he said "hold on", and in a minute or two, a female was placed on the phone. I told her I was talking to the manager about the problem that I had... Well, she said she was the manager. So, I had been lied to. Anyway, I explained again what had happened and she did not have any compassion what so ever for the situation. She did not care at all if I (as the customer) was happy or not. So, I will not be going back to that location. I have been going there at least twice a week for a couple of years, but no more. I will go to Taco Bueno by my house...
Read moreBad customer service...slow food service... How can it be fast food when I waited about 20 minutes for a Mexican pizza and 2 tacos?? Came in on Sunday even just before 630pm and was the only customer. I went in because there were several cars in the drive thru. Upon walking in not 1 person greeted me or said I'll be with you shortly! After waiting several minutes I finally ordered from the kiosk and waited....and waited. Meanwhile employees were complaining how busy it was and how people must have gotten their taxes because the amounts they were "spending at taco bell" and that they could " buy a weeks worth of groceries" for what they were spending at "taco Bell". I found it very rude and unprofessional. All while still no one acknowledged me . Even after several people walked past me to get cups of ice for drive thru beverage orders (the one behind the counter had run out of ice). The girl running the drive thru speaker kept her back to me the entire time and even after walking in front of me going to the ice machine only said excuse me and still didn't ask regarding my order, say hello or anything. Several other cars pulled into the drive thru, ordered and left all while I'm still waiting...smh. after 15 minutes another girl came to the main register ( first person to even come to the register) asked the name on my order and finally cashed me out. 10 minutes later a young man brought my food up and apologized about the wait. Read moreGot there just barely after 9pm and the door says the lobby is open until 10pm. I already placed an online and the drive thru line was 13 cars long. So I thought why not just run in and grab it. The doors were locked. A female employee came and opened the door very angrily and fast. She pointed to the line and said "you need to get in long with everybody else!" in a hateful tone . I told her that I already placed an order and that I just wanted to pick up inside since it's not 10 pm yet. She said " I do not care go get in the line" while raising her voice at me. Then she walked across the parking lot and into quik trip where she stayed for probably close to 10 minutes. I waited in line for probably half an hour, got to the speaker, waited for a long time with no answer on the speaker so I decided to just pull forward. I guess that pissed her off again because she copped an attitude again at the window. It turns out my order didn't go through correctly. She told me I needed to leave and then slammed the window shut. I told her I was going to show her my receipt because it went through on my end, but didn't go through to their end.
