I used to eat here 3-4 times a week but after my last visit I will not be going back to this location on N Peoria. After finding a large piece of paper in my sandwich as I bit into it. I called this location back immediately when I got home @ 8:55pm and no one answered so I left a Vmail. I called back 2 days later and I spoke to an employee (a young lady whos name i did not get) who told me that she would have the manager call me back and she took my name and number. I never received a call from any one so called today 06/ 27/ 22 and spoke to a manager named Jared and he told me he did not see a voicemail nor did anyone tell him about a message of me calling in so there is nothing that he could do about this. I told him I took a picture of the sandwich and I would be more then willing to send it to him so that he could see I wasn't lying to him and he said no. I told him that this was bad customer service and that I would go to corporate and post the picture online under google reviews for this location he said "do what you gotta do" and hung up.
DON'T eat here! The customer service s unactable. The will get your order wrong more times then they get it right.

I placed an order before going to my night job and they forgot the cookies. i called to inform them of their error and was told to leave my job to return for my cookies. I let them know i wasn't able to leave my job that night. They told me to speak with a manager the very next day. I was approached with the rudest attitude. I told MR. SMALLWOOD the story about the night before and he said "well you should've came back in," while pointing at the no refund without receipt sign. I did not receive one due to the unprofessional-ism that occurred the day before. I was thrown a managers card and told to leave. I was very upset about this matter because it was over 2 cookies. I spoke with the owner and he said he would review the tape. He called me back to say the story wasn't as 1 sided as i told him. He stated that i should have had a receipt.
